in a sky that is filled with metal houses and land that is filled with metal houses and the air containing all the necessary nutrients and electricity needed to run houses and human, there is the technology of 5034 which only needs you to do your job to get everything for free.
everything here is run by an artificial intelligence named ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE which controls the nanobots which the entire city us made up of.
only the richest of the richest can afford this place. only way to have citizenship here is to be born here. the only way to leave this place is death.
there is no transport system here. one can only stay in his house his entire life and never come out of his house normally except funerals or marriages etc via teleportation portals that can be created from nanobots.
only good thing here is that once you are born here you can live a life of luxury that not even gods can live except the 5 strict rules from the AI which watches you 24/7.
in the dead centre of the city lies a mansion which is surrounded by small houses with a LAL branding on its name plate.
inside the house lives a rich 30 year old man who is on his death bed waiting to die from old age.upon closer inspection we can observe sadness in his eyes.

after the world War 4 that happened a thousand years ago, the life expectancy of the humans decreased to 35 years average. the entire aging process of 20~100 years is sped up to 35 years to make you look very old.
the name of the old man lying on the bed is giorno.he has no last name cuz his parents disowned him at the age of 8.
Giorno slowly rose from his bed and sat on his bed and immediately a screen materialized in front of him. he started typing for an hour before sleeping again and repeating the process until he died with a smile on his face.
today is his 30th birthday. the birthday which is celebrated as a festival throughout the world but he felt it is time waste to celebrate it.
Instead he decided to publish the book ahead of it's schedule cuz he already finished it long ago and waited for the contract schedule to publish it.he didn't want to lose money cuz of a small violation like pre-releasing.
