World Line K-1-Alpha

It has been around 3 hours since i went into the 1st Floor True dungeon. I can only sees trees, shrubs and others... basically all i can see is plant... not a sound of insect and other animals.... I did saw some small waterway.... i fetch my freshwater from it just now.. i did a testing first and it was fine.... it feel fresh as the mountainous water.

Then i saw some movement from a far, whitish for its leg and greenish from its head till the center of its body.... it is the rumor Leek!

From my observation, the leeks was seemingly collecting twigs on the ground...it is quite a sight seeing Leek with hands and foot..... i smile at the sight of my first prey and creep closer towards the Leek.. I carefully look on the ground for twigs and other that may gives out my position.... and after a careful endeavor i successfully closing in to the Leek to 50m....

I contemplate on my strategy... carefully watch the Leek, it height is around 30cm and have green hand and white feet... seeing it still preoccupied with collecting twigs...i quickly rush towards the Leek...

Shocked by the sudden revelations the Leek drops the twig in his hand and froze on the spot....

Without losing the given opportunity i kick the Leek and it crash towards the tree trunk.... later i dash towards the position step on it's body using my feet's..

Then, there is these scene... the Leek is crying while struggling to break free from feet as its hand was frantically trying to push my feet away.

My heart skip a beats and wonder... does monster have feeling such as fear to death?... why this is happening to me..? i do know that others said, the monster is heartless and will kill all the adventurer at sight as that was they programmed with.

Even so why is this Leek show a bizarre appearance at the moment.

Seeing that i brandish a kitchen knife, the leek suddenly hold his hand together and like begging for his life while kissing my boots....

This give a shock to my hearts...

My hearts in amok and my brain turn confuse.... what should i do... but seeing it frantically begging and was overflowing with tears then i put my kitchen knife away and bend down hold the leek with both my hand... then i look at the Leek carefully... and apparently the Leek was freeze stiff like a log when i do that....

Then i put the Leek on the ground to see whether it ran away or will it attack me like people told monster will do so...

When i put the Leek down... another incredible things happened, it start kowtowing like me some sort of deity...

My heart and mind was like "WTF is going on... " this is different from what people told me and what I've read....

I scratch my head... confuse on what to do.. should i capture this thing and turn it to the Adventurer Ministry for research?

Maybe they will reward me with a handsome amount of rewards.. but i shake my head... if i bring this leek with me and claim that it show intelligence.. people will think I'm crazy and disqualified my Adventurer License... Plus there is no info that there is an ongoing research seeing that Monster capable of thinking intelligently as human that capable of fear, compassion and so on. At least that as far from my browsing abilities.

While contemplating what to do... i decide to let go this peculiar Leek and search for another Leek to confirm whether this Leek is a variant or what...

I quickly move towards a direction and walk carefully, although it is a little bit dim here due to thick vegetation, but there is light in between as the dungeon does not experiencing any changes of daylight or night in this floor.

While i walking slowly, i heard a rustle on my back, i quickly turn while brandish my knife.... and what i saw that, the Leek before is following me... while running to keep up with my pace... i knit my brow on what the heck is going on why this Leek is following me?

Then from my sight a screen like pop up appear....

"Leek have join your party"

I gawked at the new development and look at the Leek, i saw the Leek salute me with his tiny hand and start dancing around...

"Ehhhhh?"

first of all, what with this screen, no one was told me that there is a notification screen like this... but after a careful thinking.. there is no precedent that a monster can join your party.... and there is no party like system such as screen pop up in front of me... the party that in use by the Adventurer was like a note system that show who your party with and etc. that use to apply some sort of rule accountability of every adventurer in the party

"Hmmm.... what should i do next..."

I instinctively touch the screen that appear in air and then the Leek information pop out ...

Then i saw a tab with my name on it.. i tap with my hand and the following information pop out...

I gawked at my status.. What the heck what with this stat? am i weaker than the Leek?

but i can easily overwhelm the Leek in power and etc.. is there a bug happening during my reincarnation that make my status record goes haywire?

my heart turn sour and i tap it again and close the Status.. i make a note to my brain that this status of mine is cannot be trustable.. and i believe there is a bug and the possible culprit will be the Title "Reincarnated" that cause this issues...

Yup lets assume that first.... but hey now i know i have the Tame Skill that i think was the first person in this region... well i didn't exactly can ascertain that claim but from the forum that I've read so far did not mentioned people taming monster...

Well i might try to ask the Information Kiosk for more info.

While i occupied with the matter of Status.. the Leek have walk to my foot and pull my trouser with his tiny hand..

broken from my deep thought i look downward and saw the Leek trying to drag my feet to a direction... there he use his hand and beckon towards a direction... i squat down and look at the direction he point to...

"So what is it there? "

i tried to communicate, but the Leek turn puzzle and goes forward and beckon his hand urging me to follow him.

I make a face like the Rock(WWE)

"Where this Leek taking me?"

Surrender to persistent of the Leek, i went along walk together with the Leek but after a few minutes the Leek seems grow tired already...

I put my hand on the ground and pointed towards my shoulder showing that he can sit on my shoulder while showing the direction..

The Leek show happy face and went onto my shoulder there he let one of his hand toward my ear while another one showing the directions....

After an hour a so.. i saw a lot of movement in front of us, then i was greet by an army of Leek with a twig in their hand... they quickly surround me..

I was quite shock that they capable of using tools...

then i look at the Leeks on my shoulder, and then he let out a soft squeaks it looks cute while his hand trying to explaining something towards the new Leek...

All the Leek nodding intermittently and lower their twig down, then one by one kowtowing towards me...

Then i saw a pop out coming out into my vision...

"Leek have join your party"

"Leek have join your party"

"You have tame Leek"

Apparently the party system can only hold 3 person only while the one of the Leek have become my Tamed Monster....

Ohh god...

All the Leek have the same factor with the exception of my newly tame Leek that show different display... with some free attribute that can be appointed.

Hohhh... i let out some amazement towards the new development, it seems that if i successfully tamed a monster, the monster will gain extra attribute huh?

this is quite useful to know...

Then i look at the Leek but i didn't know if i can differentiate from the one that i tamed and from the one in the party.

Then i thinking, lets us try naming them, i gesture to them to stop and point at me and said.

"My name is Kiru"

You will be LeekChi, LeekNi, and LeekSan and Lastly Leekyon....

apparently they get the gesture.. and they began discussing among themselves and they nod heartily with a smile in their face seeming agreeing to my naming..

So then i open up the Party Status to check,

hurmmm.... it seems that for party member, naming them does not reflect in the Status... except LeekNi that surprisingly is the initial Leek i had encounter.... i didn't quite know what are the mechanism of taming? is it first come basis? I may need to expand my experiment later if they have any friend....

Now another things is.. can i kick them out of my Party...? it will detrimental for me to always party with a monster.. i may gone partying with others on upper level.

I careful look at the display and saw the "x" button besides my party member.. i tried tapping the x and the one of the Leek was kicked out from my party member.

I release a relief sigh that the party member can be kicked.

Then i take a look on the Leek, while i busy tinkering with my party member status, they discussing with themselves on something....

Then they spoke with the LeekNi on my shoulders, and LeekNi nod and tap my face and point to a direction..

It seems that they need me to follow them....

I nodded at LeekNi and follow the Leek team direction.

After another marching through the vegetation for another hours...i found that a lot of movement just beyond the thick vegetation. From where i stand i can see the Dungeon wall that packed with vegetation.

Then after passing through the thick vegetation, I gawked at the sight... sea of Leek as far i can see upon me and they all stop their track and look upon me.. and some of the Leek with twigs proceed forward but was stop by my Leek members. They spoke to the guard Leek and then the Guard Leek changes their gaze forth and fro from the Leek Members and Me....

I just gaze the peculiar sight and do wonder am i like those white people that travel in the Amazon that encounter one of the Native tribe there?

I let out a chuckle thinking but then lightly shake my mind to be more careful as not all tribe they white people was peaceful and some was cannibal.. if i get pounce by this sea of Leek i surely died horribly.

But my worries seems off marks as they began welcoming me to their settlements and then LeekNi gesture me to sit on dying tree trunk.

Then come the most peculiar sight of All, i saw a couple of Leek lying around a long leaves standing still with tears with their eyes and some grit their teeth enduring something.....

I just eye ball popping my eyes at this another bizarre situation, and then i saw some of the Leeks was weeping while lying on another shoulder, then i saw LeekNi pull my hand and gesture with his hand saying....

"Come.. Come.. eat them"

I face palmed at this sudden development.. then i shake my head saying no...

Maybe i repeatedly denied LeekNi, he seems crestfallen but one of the Leek that have some sort of Tiara, stand just below me and shout something to the Leek public and all they leek simultaneously let out a cheer roar....

Again i just "The Rock" at this bizarre scene... then the Tiara Leek talk something to LeekNi and then LeekNi eyes turn lively again and then he climb on my body and sat on my shoulder...

Well there is at least a couple of hours since i eat and my stomach begun grumbling from hunger.. so i take my ration and eat.... then a eerie silent still the air...

I almost blurt out the cookies i stuff in my mouth... apparently they are quite interested with my cookies..

Interested in how their reaction, i fetch another cookies and gives it to LeekNi and and the Tiara Leeks....

Then commotion occurred between them....Tiara Leeks them hold the cookies up the air and shout something... and then they all roar together... the Tiara Leeks then have a taste of the cookies and then shout "Ulalakassha"

then they all shout.... "UlalaKassha"

I giggle at their reaction and then put out another 3 packet more of the cookies and bring to them... somehow they look amazed and all of them began kowtowing me...

Then a pop up appear in front of my vision...

"You Skill Tame is now Lvl2"

I open my eyes wide and quite delighted with the end result...

Now here is what i assume..

Apparently taming skill is based on bond that you make with monster regardless if the bond is a sign of worship etc... but in this case i believe it is a due to them admire what i brought(that i do not why they do that) and for LeekNi i spare him his life and perhaps he feel that his lives belong to me right now?... I'm not quite sure....

After the commotion we proceed with our journey as i follow LeekNi guide to a certain caves...

It is quite a surprise that there is a hole on the dungeon wall... I've read that the dungeon wall was indestructible and they have try even using the diamond cutter to chip through the wall but to no avail.

And now I've shown a hole that easily can fit one person here....

All the Leek now show grimacing face as if there is something scary beyond those black hole... for me i didn't feel anything but regardless staying on guard... i can feel LeekNi hand feel shaky while pointing into the caves while speaking something to me... i didn't understand him but the feeling he convey reach me...

There is something inside the cave that the Leek afraid of and perhaps the reason they brought me here is to deal that threat....

I take a stick nearby then put gooey fuel (bought from online) an item from a part of monster excrement that can use as a fuel for fire stick...

I lit up the stick and then throw the fire into the cave... the echo of the stick can be heard from where i stand... and then i heard some rustle and then that thing come out from the cave...

The thing that come out from the caves was a cockroach the size of 1M. I was quite shocked and quickly brandished my kitchen knife... while the Leek all with pale face that easily detected over their green upper bodies.

The cockroach creep carefully and the mandible is rustling menacingly and one of the antenna was brushing the mandible as if to clean them for its next meal....

The guard Leek body shook but nevertheless stood their ground with their teeth gritted..

While the Tiara Leek feet goes wobbly and stare at me hoping that i can kill that thing now...

I just ignore the Tiara Leeks and focus on the enemies in front me.... my hand was sweating and I've already gulping twice and my heart jumping as i stare at cockroach.. for us male.. when cockroach is on the ground they are cool but when they flies.. they become demon in our eyes...

That is exactly the case my mind was set about at the moment.. but after shutting my eyes and recalling the past public instructor course I've attended.... i began control my breathing steadily and watch the movement of the cockroach carefully...

The cockroach seem does not regard me as an enemies and look the Leek as delicacies as it approach slowly...

I took the chance to approach it slowly as the Leek seems don't want to leave my side...

But as i went closer, the leek began to falter and step back 40m away from the cockroach.. then the cockroach slowly bypass me... and at the moment his head near my hand reach.. i swung it downwards and tried to severe its head.... but apparently i didn't cut it nicely as the cockroach began to struggle... my heart almost skip a bit seeing its ragged feet trying to enclose me.. i roll over to one side to avoid... gladly the attack does not hit me.. and with the head dangle on one side... it died twitching.... i can feel some force was absorbed by my body as i felt my breathing goes heavy but there is no level up weaknesses reported...

I assume that the cockroach does not give much experience... and then i heard the Leek cheer seemingly happy with the death of those cockroach, it warms my heart see their happy face.. and even saw the Tiara Leek kick the dead Cockroach with much hate... I reckon this Cockroach cause much grievance to them and perhaps see them as foods...

Within those happy moments, i heard more rustle, then worst case scenario happen, 2 more Cockroach coming out from the caves..

Looking those two cockroach I take a deep breath and sigh..

"Welp here goes nothing"

Exterminating those two cockroach went through without any causalities and I did being hit once by the ragged feet but it does not do much damage to my armor only for the cloth that show sign of slight tear.

Nevertheless after killing two of them, another two coming out and as if the hole is a spawn place of the Cockroach monster.

I use my foot, my hand to kick and punch the cockroach to practice my skill and mental in fighting in close combat with a monster... although after killing 10 of them, i start smell like insect innards.. i persevere and keep on killing them until i was sweat all over and my focus was out, at that time.. i shout to the Leek and start running away...

then i look back and saw the cockroaches does not go after me and only stay within the vicinity of the hole...

i took a deep breath and relax my pace to a walk...

i take a look of the Leek that clinging to my foot... their eyes goes starry and was filled with utter admiration... i let out another sigh...

"Oh boy this is gonna be interesting"

I take a few rest and began exterminate the cockroach again once my stamina had recovered... now along the fight i did wonder... if my stamina was zero then i should be worn out as soon the fight start right but that is not the case... and thus i was quite confuse to why is this happening... I'm happy with the revelation of the Party Status system that i earned in which it was a rare case as i didn't heard anyone get such a things when diving into dungeon... perhaps some of them did but hiding the fact so that people will not know and they consider themselves as unique for having it..

Another thing is the Tame Skill, i believe this one is the most rarest as i didn't seen anyone coming out from the dungeon with their pets... and this is quite noticeable if one happened to successfully tame a monster.

Even though I've only able to tame this Leek but i think it is a start.... now i believe to tame a monster is by naming it and if the monster willing to be name by that.. then you have successfully tame it...

But this need more investigations..

Then i spend almost 7 hours of my time killing those cockroaches....

To date i have killed 150 cockroaches... but i didn't level up... it starting to bother me...

Seeing the time, i wrap out my business here and went outside... apparently those Leek quite reluctant to part with me... but i make it through by taking LeekNi with me.. then they nodded and wave towards me and LeekNi..

My plan is to hide LeekNi inside my bag...

By the time i went out i was smell horribly even though i have wash my shirt from the stream..

The night staff at that time got cramp on their face while smelling those horrible scent coming from me... but i ignore them and give them my bag for inspection.... i did teach Leekni to shut his eyes and mouth when other people except me see them.... and apparently he abide as the examiner didn't find anything suspicious and allow me to take the Leek home with me... apparently they pity me... as for 7 hours, i can only come out with 1 Leek...

But i didn't mind as this was only my first day and i will keep honing my ability for a month or so and to at least level up to LVL 5 before exploring to the next floor.. that is one of safety plan i had....

By the time i went home it almost 10pm... by the time i went through the front door... i caught my mom waiting for me on the dining table with a cup of tea on the table...

"Hello Mom... I'm back"

I smile at mom but looking at her face i knew that, she was worried of me... her next word confirm my intuition.

"Where have you been Kiru... mom worried sick!!…"

"I'm sorry mom, i got caught spending a lot of time in the dungeon"

Seeming dissatisfied with my answer she pout her mouth...

"You miss Dinner with us and your sister keep pestering me to call police to find you"

I make "The Rock" face again hearing that....

"Ehh? police what for?.. I'm fine Mom just got myself excited exploring dungeon"

Then speaking of the devil, my sis come at me and then suddenly smack my head....

"Idiot Brother!!… do you know mom worried sick of you for suddenly didn't come home before dinner.... are you wish to die?"

caught of guard of the smack... i scratch my head from the sudden pain...

"Ouch.. Ouch.. what is that for? huh?"

My sister only humph at me...

"I guess all adventurer are the same... once they goes to the dungeon, they began forgetting their family... from now on after I've reached 18 years old, I swear I didn't want to become an Adventurer"

After the her declaration, she went back her room and slam her door...

Mom was sighing all over at my sister behavior and i was shocked at the sudden mood swing....

then i look at my mother and said...

"Mom what is wrong with her? does she on period?"

Mom just chuckle and said..

"No silly... she just worried about you... you know that after your elder sister have gone,... she is heavily relying on you to support her mentally.. after all you are her big brother.. she is a bit worried that you might be like father...."

At her last word mentioning mother, her eyes show sadness... trying to avert her mind sticking into the past i make up another topic..

"So mom what is for dinner... i am famish today.. " i pat my stomach and smile at her...

Mom chuckled and went back to the kitchen counter preparing to heat up the left over from dinner earlier...

"Today we are having rice chicken... your favorite"

My eyes light up at the tone of rice chicken...

"Hohhh.... that is great mom... thank you for making the delicious food...."

Afterward i eat a lot of mom rice chicken while mom look at me smiling seeing me eating heartfully.

I thank her again and then went for a bath and then went for a sleep...

Once I'm in my room, I saw LeekNi peeking from the bag …..

I gesture my hand saying it is ok to come out from the bag and explore the room...

LeekNi eyes showing star as he inspecting every tools that i have in my room... I didn't even bother to watch him as i take a look at my Party Member Status..

I was flabbergasted at the status shown...

"Huh? why am i still level 1? this can't be right... i did feel momentary weaknesses when i defeated the cockroach but to think that it does not contribute to levelling up... this absolutely waste of time... does the cockroach that spawn from a hole in the dungeon wall does not give much experience?

I scratch my head at this bizarre incident happening to me..

But then, i will Keep In View the matter by tomorrow perhaps trying to ask the information kiosk for any clues..

Then i take another look on LeekNi status...

I tap the option "+"button near attribute and allocate points for him... i thinking equipping him a weapon and see if my Tame monster can level up by its own or even help me in increasing my level.

As for the skill point i left it like that as i didn't what it do and by the looks of it.... it is detrimental for my future development of LeekNi

I plan for LeekNi to defeat the cockroach that is dying to see whether how many cockroach it can defeat before levelling up..

Then while i was thinking for tomorrow plan, i heard something breaking.. then i look ahead and saw LeekNi with his eyes parallel to my eyesight with a smiling while showing teeth... then i look at his hand that have broken pencil.....

I beckon LeekNi to come to me.

"LeekNi.... come here get some sleep... we got a lot of task need to do tomorrow"

LeekNi look around and then slowly come to my side.. then i put a pillow and put on my desk... while patting it a bit i signal him that this is for sleep.. LeekNi put his hand on his chin thinking and then nodded while taking a comfortable spot to rest...

I smile at his cuteness and then turn off the lights... then i wandered to dreamland till daylight came. At that time i didn't know that LeekNi just need a little bit of rest and at that night he gone exploring my house... that kid was a brilliant kid.
