[3rd POV]

Laughing heartily God said in a joyful tone"It's alright my son, now wipe those and say what abilities do you want?"

Wiping his tears, William excitedly asked "Can-Can I ask any ability"

"Yes Yes ask but think carefully you only get two"

Rubbing his hands as he asked Sheepishly "I want the ability to create Infinite amounts of currency of any world I go to"

God pause for a second and finally "Well.... Shit"

'Did I ask of something that I shouldn't have asked?' thought William

William said hurriedly "I'm sorry I obviously shouldn't have asked an ability like that."

"No no It's not your fault, It's just other beings usually ask for somethings like system,power enhancement,libido enhancement,charm enhancement,future seeing ability or abilities similar to these I have never actually seen someone as greediness as you in my many eons as a God for lesser beings."

Scratching the back of his head as he chuckled embarrassingly "Y-Yeah I know that I am being too selfish for asking an ability like this but in my defense I came from a very poor family so I want my next life to be as lavish as possible."

"You weren't born in a poor family" in a monotone voice said God.

"What do you mean, I'm very sure I came from a poor family, I didn't have that many stuff, I remember that I was always given hand me downs, I had to help around the house most of the time and there wasn't that much food in our house." explained William in a half confused and half tired tone.

"It wasn't that you didn't have much, In contrary your family had quite enough" God said awkwardly "It's just that when It about you your father and mother always became a little cheap and thought that they shouldn't indulge you that much." God chuckled a little.

"A LITTLE, IT WASN'T LITTLE, they always gave me my older sister's stuff, her clothes, her essentials and I still remember that when I had my exams and I asked my father to give me a scientific calculator that fucker gave me my sister's DECADE OLD FUCKING CALCULATOR which didn't even work properly (That was true) and that's the only reason why I didn't even pass the fricken exam (Now that was a lie)." William said angrily as he gritted his teeth.

Using his staff as it lit and engulfed the very angry guy as he slowly calmed down and took deep breaths "Calm down little one calm, take your tea and process a little bit"

Taking the glass cup and sipping again as he processed his whole life and after a while accepting his reality albeit begrudgingly. Sighing William said "Is this why you are giving me so many benefits"

God nodded "Yes this is one of the reasons why I am giving you a chance to live another life with better benefits but not only because of this, as I see something in you that fascinates me"

"There is nothing about me that's fascinating except my greediness"

"Be that as it may I still think you deserve a second chance"

"Thank you and about the previous matter, can I get the ability that I asked?" asking in a slight awkward tone.

"Well the ability to create Infinite amounts of currency of any world the user wants, hmm" thinking for a while then finally accepting as he nodded "Well why not It's not like you get to meet God and get powers from him everyday"

"Thank you very much man I always wanted a ability like this and to think that I actually will be able get something like this, everything bad that has happened to me in my past life can not even amount to the thing I am getting today" Exclaimed very happy guy couldn't stop the shaking his body was experiencing in pure joy. Then he remembered something "Can you tell me about the world I am about to be born in?"

"It will be a Cultivational World you know the type of world where martial artist's fight, there are sects, clans, wars, celestial being stuff similar to that. you will have to cultivate in that world to survive and just because you have an ability that gives you infinite amounts of money doesn't mean you will thrive there. If you don't have the strength to protect yourself and your wealth then that wealth might be the very thing that may bring your end. Now you can get only one more ability so choose carefully in what kind of power you want next"

Thinking for a long while and after a few cups of tea he finally arrived at the conclusion, but it became awkward for him as he looked at God.

"It's kind of another greedy wish hehe" he chuckled.

""Well what is it tell me" urged God unhurriedly. "It's not like your going to want an ability that is much more baffling than the previous wish"

Shamefully looking down at his 6th cup of tea he said "I want an system which has a shop like ability that allows me to buy almost anything with the money I can conjure"

God paused again and after a long while as William was becoming more and more red under his uncomprehending gaze "HAHAHA AHH HAHA" Laughing very loudly God told him. "To think after hundreds of eons I was able to get a greedy fellow like you"

William became as red as a tomato as he said "Haa ha I knew it I was asking too much so please forget what I just asked"

God denied his words "No it's okay the ability might seem very very greedy but it's actually very clever and very strong but because of it's peculiarity there will be some rules applied to it"

"What kind of Rules?"

First Rule - You must never tell of the existence of the shop.

"What if I try to say it, I mean unknowingly or by force?"

"Unknowingly or drugged you will not be able to tell anyone of the existence of the shop and the one forcing you will be punished, alright" William nodded "But if you knowingly try to tell someone let's just you will lose your crown jewels, yoi understand"

His face got pale as he nodded "Alright, what other rules are there?"

Second Rule - You can only buy a few stuff at first as the other will be unlocked as you get stronger

Third Rule - You have to give half the amount you spend monthly to a charity or Orphanage.

"Alright I'll abide by them?"

"So that's it now are you ready to go?"

"Yes by all means I am ready to start my new life"

God raised his staff as it glowed very brightly blinding him as he said "Because of the heavy complications of your powers there is a slight adjustment"

William "What kind of adjustment?"

God "You can not Rizz anymore"

William "Nooooooooo"

And with that starts a new bizarre story about the cultivator who by spending money will become the strongest.
