Kisah drama “Wali Kelas Terbaik” tentang bagaimana dan apa yang terjadi pada sekelompok kenakalan siswa yang bertemu pasangan mereka yakni seorang guru yang sangat berbeda dari lainnya. Guru itu memiliki sebuah metode yang tidak umum untuk menghadapi murid-murid bandel. Para siswa Kelas 7 SMP TPI telah tumbuh untuk menyerah pada diri mereka sendiri. Siswa-siswa tersebut selalu melakukan banyak masalah. Sekarang ini, seorang guru bernama Yolanda atau bisa dipanggil Yolanda di sekolah dengan antusiasme yang sangat besar. Dia ingin menghadapi segala macam rintangan apa pun yang terjadi. Tanpa disadari oleh murid kelas 7  Yola sebenarnya memiliki banyak pengalaman menjadi siswa dan Dia tahu semua trik buruk yang dilakukan oleh murid-muridnya. Yola (Yolanda) adalah siswi sekolah menengah yang berusia 23 tahun. Tetapi dengan wajah imut, Dia seperti 16 tahun. Dia gadis yang berjiwa bebas. Brayen , siswa pintar dan sombong, berpura-pura dingin . Yosua seorang Dokter Sekolah Menengah TPI sekaligus Penasihat Pendidikan Moral. Dia juga bagian dari komite sekolah yang memiliki kewenangan besar di bagian manajemen sekolah. Dia sangat populer di kalangan siswa. Alisha  gadis pintar. Dia lucu dan terkadang juga konyol. Ken - Ken adalah murid pendiam dan tidak suka berinteraksi dengan teman sekitarnya. Akan tetapi Ken - Ken memiliki kepribadian yang tangguh dan pantang menyerah dalam kesulitan apa pun. Sedangkan Ichel murid yang berani dan membenci akan kemunafikan. Dia selalu berjuang untuk kebenaran, selalu melindungi yang lemah
