Vkook : in the shadows

JUNGKOOK POV :

It's been 4 years since I moved out of my parents house. I haven't accomplished anything yet. Figures. Never really thought I would anyway.

At his apartment:

"Jin, I back", I shouted into the dark apartment. I heard a movie playing on the tv, and went over to investigate. It turns out Jin had fallen asleep with his boyfriend, Namjoon. To be honest, I didn't really mind, but I needed to talk to him alone. I tapped namjoon softly on the shoulder. He opened his eyes quickly and seemed to be shocked at first, but then realized it was me. He gently got up of the couch and put the blanket over Jin, kissing the top of his head. He ruffled my hair when passing me, and sleepily walked out the door. I guess I could at least make him Roman before rudely waking him up. No. He will be fine.

I went to sit by him on the couch, but he was already awake, rubbing his eyes sleepily. " Hi jungkookie! Where did joon go?" " He just barely left because I woke him up, it is pretty late." I looked down and fiddled with my hoodie sleeves. "What's wrong?", asked Jin softly. " I got a job at a local pub, called DanBam.", I said. All I got I'm response was shocked silence. Then Jin tackled me in a hug, practically yelling, " OMG, Jungkook! Really? This is your first job since we've lived together! I'm so proud of you!!", I blushed, and muttered a quite, " Thank you". " who's the owner?" Asked Jin. "I think his name was Kim Taehyung."

Jin suddenly stood up, and looked at me in shock.
