In a city in Philippines a 16 years old student, Vinz Cruz, an average guy that only thing that is exceptional is his grades. He lives with his family peacefully, his Mother is the one that rules the house, his Father is working for their family, and his older brother is a 4th year college student. He starts to like watching anime after his friend recommended it. At first he feel like it is just a waste of time but after watching Naruto he finds it hard to go back, he watches a lot of anime, reads a lot of manga, light novel, and fanfictions. His favorite anime is Naruto and his favorite character is Sasuke Uchiha. He didn't believe in things like reincarnation or transmigration but sometimes wish for it to happen.

Everything seems normal until he was diagnosed to have a Stage 2 lung cancer, it wasn't notice earlier because oh his strong immune system. The doctor also said that the cost for operation that is needed is high. The income of his father is just enough for them to have a normal life. His parents cannot stop crying and Vinz cannot bear to see them like that. He wants them to be happy and don't want them to have problems so he said to them that he didn't need the operation, he just wants them to be by his side until his last breath. But his parents said that they will do anything to help him. He was confined to the hospital and takes a lot of medicine everyday. A lot of people visited him and said to fight.

After a year of confinement the lung cancer just got worse and became a stage 4 cancer. After a month Vinz pass away. According to a letter he wrote when his alone, all of his stuffs their house that is not needed must be given to an orphanage and some of the money he earn from part time jobs and gadgets is for his family and the inheritance that is rewarded to him when he graduated in junior high school will be used for his funeral . He also said that they must be happy because he doesn't want to see them sad. His funeral is simple and a lot of people arrived to give their

condolences for the Cruz family.

Vinz POV

I open my eyes and see that I'm in a hospital? 'Wait, wait, wait I thought I died!' I tried to look in my body to see a child's arm. 'Wait, what? A child's arm. What the hell is happening? Did I time traveled back to the past? No, If I remember correctly my skin is somewhat brownish. Dis I possess some child's body?' While I was in my inner turmoil a nurse entered the room.

"Oh you are awake! Are you alright?" The nurse asked while arranging some flowers in the table.

"I feel fine."

"Are you sure? Any discomforts?" asked again by the nurse.

"Yeah, it's just that... can you please give me a mirror?"

"A mirror?" she looked at me weirdly and said " alright please wait a moment" she left for a moment and returned. She handed me a mirror.

I look at the mirror just to see a kid? 'Wait he is... He is Sasuke, the reflection in the mirror is kid Sasuke. I can't be wrong this is Sasuke when he is a kid. Impossible! Did I get transmigratted in his body'. While I was in another inner turmoil I didn't notice again that an old man with in a Red and White clothes and a weird hat together with the doctor.

My inner turmoil stopped when I heard a voice.

"Are you alright Sasuke?" I look up just to see an old man, or more specifically Hiruzen Sarutobi the 3rd Hokage of Hidden Leaf Village.

'Am I really in Naruto?' I was about to reply when suddenly my head starts hurting and suddenly fainted.

3rd POV

When Vinz or rather Sasuke passed out Hiruzen looked at the doctor.

"What happened? When we are on the way here you said that he is fine and just need some counseling to prevent a trauma" asked Hiruzen worriedly.

"Lord Hokage, I think that he is just tired mentally from stress. Even if he is a prodigy, he is still a child and the stress caused by the massacre should not be taken lightly" replied the doctor slightly scared.

"Well you can go now." ordered Hiruzen.

"Goodbye, Lord Hokage" the doctor said with a bow.

When the doctor left. Hiruzen look deeply to Sasuke.

"Dog" called Hiruzen.

Suddenly an Anbu appeared beside the Old Hokage. Because of the mask, you can't see what he looks like' thge only noticable thing is the gravity defying silver hair.

"Yes, Lord Hokage" said Dog while kneeling.

"I want you to guard Sasuke for the time being and don't let anyone beside the doctor and nurse go in his room." ordered Hiruzen

"Yes' Lord Hokage" replied Dog

"And also send someone to call me when he wakes up"

"As you wish, Lord Hokage" replied Dog

With that the Old Hokage left and returned to the Hokage Mansion to continue his paperworks.

Sasuke POV (I will now use Sasuke)

A rushed of memory is currently happening. It is like watching a life story of someone. And it looks like I'm in my mindscape.

'I really transmigrated in Sasuke's body and by the looks of it, it is after the massacre'

'Hmmm The memory stopped, maybe because he fainted that time'

"Kill Itachi" I suddenly heard.

"Kill Itachi" I mumbled

"Maybe this is his last will" I concluded. "Well since this is his body I will do his last will"

I was startled when I suddenly saw a blue floating screen in front of me.
