The fisherman should use modern equipment to gather more fishes, the government is assigned to assist them on such task. Old fishing boats must be modernized and they all must learn the use of technology

3.2 The government should provide a live fish market to ensure and boost their sales. Not only will it enhance the sales but will also attract more tourist for a better palate.

Section 4. Ores and minerals. The government must use their natural resources and must acknowledge the mining company as a necessity to boost the economy. Mining with the use of proper technology is a must. The trade of such minerals on global market will immediately heighten up the economy.
