"Eriri, can you already open the world passage by yourself?" Arifureta leaned into Eriri's embrace, looking up at her with a face full of delight.
"That's right!" Eriri chuckled and nodded, then gently released Arifureta, playfully pinching her tender cheeks. She then glanced over at Shea and Reina.
Turning around, Eriri raised her hand toward the empty space in front of her, converting the cosmic energy within her into world energy. Immediately, a world passage leading to the main world appeared before them.
The world passage that Eriri opened was identical to the one formed using a Cross-Boundary Talisman, except this passage was much larger, enough to allow several people to enter at once.
"Let's go!"
Eriri picked up Reina and let Arifureta and Shea each hold onto her arms. With a thought, she retracted the ship they had been using into her storage space.
The four of them exchanged glances, their faces filled with anticipation, and they stepped into the world passage together.
A few seconds later, when they emerged from the world passage, they found themselves in a completely different world.
Arifureta looked around at her surroundings. They were in a large room, nearly a hundred square meters, with a white princess bed placed inside. To the right of the bed was a large floor-to-ceiling window covered by pink lace curtains, which covered the entire wall.
On the wall opposite the bed was a display of figurines of beautiful girls and a large bookshelf filled with various manga and light novels.
To the left of the bed was an expensive-looking wooden TV cabinet, with a giant TV, about a hundred inches wide, mounted on the wall. A game console sat on the TV cabinet, connected to two controllers.
About three to four meters from the TV were two pink bean bag chairs, with a low table covered in pink leather in front of them.
Between the bed and the TV cabinet, against the wall, was a long desk, two to three meters in length, with a thirty-inch monitor on it. In front of the monitor was a set of pink mouse and keyboard and a drawing tablet, with various art supplies on both sides of the desk.
The entire floor to the left of the bed was covered with a fluffy white carpet.
The room was filled with an otaku atmosphere yet retained a girlish elegance, instantly letting Arifureta know where they were.
Eriri set Reina down and then said to the three of them, "Welcome to my bedroom."
"No wonder you could afford to support Gabriel; this room is so luxurious! Just that wall of figurines alone could buy a house for an ordinary family!" Arifureta remarked in awe. In her previous life, her family was only slightly well-off, nowhere near the level of Eriri, a rich heiress.
Meanwhile, Shea and Reina were completely wide-eyed, as most of the things in the room were items they had never seen or even heard of.
They immediately gathered around Eriri, excitedly asking questions.
"Sister, sister, what's this?"
"This is a television."
"Eriri, what's this?"
"That's a game controller. It's used to play games."
"Sister, sister, what's a television?"
"A television is..."
"Eriri..."
...
Afterward, Eriri directly transferred all the common knowledge of the main world into Shea and Reina's minds, which finally made them quiet down. However, their eyes were still filled with curiosity as they looked at the TV and game controllers in the room.
"Do you want to try playing with them?" Eriri asked, seeing the curious looks on their faces. She squatted down, gently grabbed Shea's bunny tail and Reina's fox tail with her hands, and played with them for a moment.
"Yes, we want to play!" Shea and Reina exclaimed in unison, their excitement practically bursting out.
Now that they understood the world's common sense, they also knew how to turn on the games.
After Eriri let go of their tails, the two of them quickly took off their shoes, with their bare, smooth, and white feet stepping onto the fluffy white carpet as they started fiddling with the TV and game console.
After watching them for a moment, Eriri took Arifureta's hand and said softly, "Arifureta, I'm going to say hi to my parents. Do you want to come with me?"
"Um... sure, I might as well go. We're bound to meet eventually." Arifureta felt a little nervous, considering this would be her first time meeting Eriri's parents.
"Don't worry, my parents are easy to get along with." Eriri lightly squeezed Arifureta's hand, giving her an encouraging smile. She then looked over at Shea and Reina, who had already turned on the TV, and called out, "Shea, Reina, what about you two?"
"What?"
Seeing their confused looks, Eriri realized they hadn't been paying attention to her conversation with Arifureta, as their focus was entirely on the TV and game console.
"We're going to see my parents. Do you want to come with us or stay here and play games?"
"I'll go with you!" The two responded without hesitation. They quickly put down the game controllers and ran over to Eriri, leaving the game behind. To them, a mere game was nothing compared to Eriri's importance.
"Then let's go."
With that, Eriri led Arifureta, Shea, and Reina, who had put their shoes back on, down the stairs. Beforehand, Eriri had used her cosmic energy to clean their shoes thoroughly, so they wouldn't leave any marks on the floor.
When they reached the living room, they found Mrs. Sayuri sitting on the sofa, engrossed in watching the latest episode of an anime and unaware of their arrival.
"Mom, I'm back!" Eriri walked past Arifureta and the others, taking a few steps forward and calling out with some excitement. She had missed her mother during the few days she had been away.
Hearing Eriri's voice, Mrs. Sayuri's eyes lit up instantly. She immediately shifted her gaze from the TV and, upon seeing Eriri, let out an excited shout. She quickly stood up from the sofa and rushed over to her daughter.
"Eriri, you're finally back! Mom missed you so much." Mrs. Sayuri hugged her beloved daughter tightly, her voice filled with emotion. "How have you been? Did you eat well? Were you dressed warmly? Did you get hurt?"
"Cough, cough, Mom, we have guests." Eriri hugged her overly excited mother, feeling a bit embarrassed.
