The Prideful Wizard in MHA.

After meeting Voldemort at the end of his first year at Hogwarts, Harry Potter dies. But because he shouldn't have died so early, he was returned to the world of the living. . . Three hundred years later. Everything has changed quite a lot and now, instead of Wizards, about eighty percent of the population have special powers. And Harry had only one question: who started calling them Quirks? The first couple of chapters are information dumps about MHA, FMA, and HP worlds. The story will move at a slow pace because I don't want to jump into a canon that hasn't changed a bit. The main pairing is Harry Potter/Luna Lovegood. Also, he gets his magic back in later chapters, just bare with it. I do not own My Hero Academia, Harry Potter, Fullmetal Alchemist, or the cover art. But I own a cute cat, her name's Tosya.

GUN.

"Um. . . What do you mean, we are not students yet? I thought it was enough for us to pass the exam to become students." Toru said uncertainly.

"Technically, this is true, but I have a different approach. In this test, I will find out which of you is not cut out to be a Hero. Based on the results of this exam, one of you will go home. So give it your all, Plus Ultra, right?"

As the teens found their limits, - or staring at Izuku in some cases - Sirius looked at the staff-sized Elder Wand in his hand. He still did not know how Luna found his Wands and why Death Stick considers him his master. Most likely Jasmine did something, so it was useless to think about it.

But his thoughts were not focused on the Grim Reaper, but on two other Deathly Hallows, the Invisibility Cloak and the Resurrection Stone. Both artifacts could only be found by a miracle, and Black knew how to obtain miracles.

"Moonbean, do you know where the remaining Hollows are?"

The silver cat hit him with a paw on the side of his head and meowed in displeasure. Apparently, there won't be any miracles today.

"Hey, don't hit me, it was worth a try. Finding them after all these years will be a huge pain in the ass. What are the chances that they are all in Japan now?"

The cat did not answer for a couple of seconds, so Rasputin on his neck decided to speak.

§The chhhancesss are sssmaller than the the inssstinct of ssself-pressservation of the other sssilver female human.§

His Basilisks gradually began to learn Japanese and could already understand what he was talking about. They couldn't fully translate his sentences - some words simply didn't exist on Parceltouge - but they made great progress anyway.

Rasputin - Raz for short - spoke quite rarely and when he spoke it was always either a strange joke or a depressing comment. He sounded like an old man who gave up and was just waiting for his moment to die. Sirius couldn't count how many times he wondered if the Basilisks could be depressed. Probably, they are sentient after all.

§The chancesss are greater than zero. I'll take it.§

Sirius continued with the twirl staff in his hand and thought about how to locate the remaining artifacts. He could try a Scrying Spell, but Black doubted that no one had tried it before. He also couldn't find any records of the Wizards and go full Hermione mode, the books were lost in time.

'Maybe Tucker has a couple of books, he seemed old enough to have something ancient.'

Helga and Rowena had long since stopped trying to intimidate the students and just lay at his feet. The sisters spent almost all their time in their huge forms, so they felt free. But even so, Sirius remained their favorite resting spot. He had to make a hidden tunnel from the forest to his bedroom so that the Basilisks could come and go whenever they wanted. Unfortunately, in winter it will have to be sealed.

'I'll just add more Wards to the tunnel, no biggie.'

Finally, Sirius decided to start doing his job and see the student's Quirks in action. Their ways of using Quirks were primitive. Effective, yes, but primitive. Even Yaoyorozu, who in the could create anything from her fat cells, had no imagination. She created the right items for every situation, but her choice was the most obvious one.

'Wait, can't she imitate other people's Quirks with her Creation? He can at least replace Ashido if the need arises. Huh, another point to talk about in future classes.'

There were a couple of exceptions, of course. Midoriya and his friends were more creative than the rest and already knew their strengths. There were also Todoroki, Bakugo, and Asui. Ida could've been much more effective if his movements were not so stiff and robotic.

He also noticed the translucent girl he had seen before. To his great surprise, Hagakure was in the middle of the class in terms of physical parameters, apparently the girl trained for a long time to reach this position. He needs to thank her parents for taking him off the street that one time.

Moonbean, meanwhile, jumped off his lap and walked closer to the students. Sirius didn't stop her and just watched what she would do. Aizawa also noticed her approach and had a very evil idea.

"It's good that you decided to join us. Go into the circle and throw the ball forward with all your might." Shota tossed the ball to the cat and she caught it with her tails.

"But Sensei, that's just a cat." Kaminari said confusedly.

"And that's your mistake. One never assumes the other's power by his appearance, it only works with Mutant Quirks."

The silver cat stared at the ball for a couple of seconds before it flew abruptly into the air. A compressed sphere of fire appeared in front of Moonbean's open mouth, and as soon as the ball touched it, an explosion occurred. A pillar of fire rose into the air, pushing the ball forward and blinding the students for a couple of seconds. They could just stand there and stare in shock.

After a while, everyone heard a whistle and the ball landed. . . behind Moonbean.

"40,075 kilometers."

The cat snorted in his direction and jumped onto the pink-skinned girl's shoulders. Mina patted Moonbean on the head, but could not shake off the feeling of inferiority in front of the dangerous kitty.

'If it's just a cat, how strong is the teacher?'

By the end of the test, the Heroes in training were tired and nervous, they wanted to know their results badly. So Aizawa did not torture them longer than necessary and activated the hologram with their places in the class - Moonbean included.

The purple midget looked at the hologram with tears in his eyes, some looked at him with pity. This pity vanished as soon as he began to speak.

"YOU CAN'T DO THIS, MY ONLY CHANCE TO LOSE VIRGINITY WILL BE LOST FOREVER!"

"I can and I just did. Enter Nezu's office before you leave. He will give you the necessary documents."

Yaoyorozu stumbled and looked in shock at Aizawa and then at Sirius. She didn't expect them to actually kick anyone out on the first day! Although considering what Minoru said. . . Well, she wasn't upset that he was expelled.

"You did pretty well today. I leave you in the hands of Sirius Black, he will answer your questions and tell you about the U.A. I leave you in charge." Aizawa said pointing towards Mina.

"Me?" She asked in surprise.

"Of course not. The cat. She is more responsible than all of you put together. And now I'm going to sleep."

Sirius rose from his throne and both royal seats were immediately covered with red lightning. He transmuted them into the earth and walked towards the students.

"Well, I'll be waiting for you in the classroom. Change your clothes and go back there.

Mina and Kirishima stared at Sirius in shock. They had just realized who Izuku was telling them about.

"THAT WAS BLACK?"

---

Sirius waited until all the students entered the classroom and only then began to speak. None of the seats were unoccupied because Basilisks were sitting in the former seat of Mineta and hissing towards Kaminari. The poor teen didn't know how he deserved their attention - he didn't like snakes at all.

"I congratulate you on joining the UA, your journey here has been long and difficult. Usually, I would tell you something interesting, but right now I have no ideas. If we were in Scotland. . . Well, ask your questions. I warn you, if you're too loud, you'll catch the bullets with your teeth." Sirius put a Smith & Wesson Model 500 on the table to show his point. "Well?"

Izuku raised his hand first, he had a very important question that could not wait a second. Sirius pointed his revolver towards the green-haired teenager.

"Hit me."

"What is the meaning of life?"

"Forty-two. Next."

Midoriya nodded satisfied, ignoring the strange looks from his classmates. Nobody understood what had just happened and nobody was going to ask what happened. Tenya Ida was the next to pluck up his courage.

"What subject are you teaching?"

"Tactics. Next."

Asui raised her hand.

"Every teacher in the school was or is a Professional Hero, but I can't recognize you and Aizawa Sensei. Are you an underground Hero?"

Izuku and Sirius snorted at the same time, and it didn't go unnoticed by the others. It was already obvious to them that their green-haired classmate and the strange teacher knew each other. But how?

"Aizawa is also known as Eraserhead, but I am quite an interesting case. Whoever finds out my persona first will receive an additional 10 points to the final grade of the year in my subject. No, broccoli, you do not count."

Asui tilted her head and put a finger on her chin.

"You know each other?"

"I taught him Alchemy. But don't worry about prejudice, I hate all people equally."

The students looked at each other and the questions continued. They discussed educational matters and a lot of little things until the questions were over. Sirius looked at his wristwatch and frowned.

"Okay kids, your time is up. Good luck on the roads."

Black held out his hand in the direction of the Basilisks and spoke in Parcletounge.

§We're leaving home, our rest was well deserved.§

The students shuddered and started collecting their things. No one noticed how Sirius spun in the air and disappeared without a sound. Apparation was his second favorite means of transportation.

Izuku walked over to the teacher's desk and sighed heavily. A huge five-shot revolver lay in the middle of the wooden table.

"That idiot left the fucking Bone Collector in a school full of kids." He muttered as he tucked the revolver into his belt. "Of course, why the hell not?"

Izuku did not know this, but he had just taken a weapon with which he would not part for a long time.

A very long time.

Chisaki Kai was not the happiest person. He had dark circles under his eyes and his fingers were constantly twitching with irritation. His perfect white button-down shirt was rumpled with coffee marks on it. If he saw himself in the mirror now, he would be disgusted.

For a year and a half, they had been attacked by Salazar Slytherin on several occasions and no one could do anything. Today another base of operations was destroyed and his people were caught. This was a problem for the gang. Shadow Vigilante was elusive, it seemed that no one except Giran knew about him and the fucking broker did not sell his clients.

His once terrifying Yakuza gang was crippled, having problems with money and new recruits. After all, who wants to join a weak family?

His people were arrested left and right and he couldn't even sue the officers, this was not America. Neighboring gangs began to move and every week Chisaki received a report about how his land was taken by someone. But it didn't mean anything now.

To tell the truth, all the gangs in Japan were doing badly. Vigilante took his job seriously and eliminated any signs of an organized crime he saw. He had no preferences, only a desire to hurt criminals. Because of this, the gangs had to keep their heads down and try not to get on the madman's radar.

The police, noticing the unusual silence in the districts, began to peer into the Salazar case. Therefore, exactly once a month, he allowed the Heroes to follow him and each time he brought them to one of the gang bases.

The police investigation didn't help either. They couldn't do anything about Chisaki, they just didn't have enough evidence to link him to any crime. However, this did not prevent them from making practical monthly raids on his points together with the Heroes.

His hands were tied, he couldn't sell more Trigger because the labs were destroyed. he couldn't go out to work on his own because sooner or later it would kill him. He couldn't sell another kind of drug because all the niches were occupied and this would provoke a war between the gangs. He couldn't do anything.

Trigger was a drug that allowed the user to amplify their quirk for a limited amount of time. Something like Awakening but on a smaller scale. Unfortunately, but after the effect was carried out, the person remained as tired as a dog.

At least it was so in theory, now Trigger could only work for thirty seconds and severely damaged the user's Quirk factor. Not that Chisaki cared, but a bad product does not sell well.

The second drug made from his daughter's blood and flesh was still in development, so he couldn't start selling it now.

So Overhaul just had to grit his teeth and keep working. In a world without quirks, the Yakuza will take their place by right. And he had the perfect helper in this regard, whether she wanted to be one or not.

---

Naomasa didn't know this, but right now he looked like one very tired Yakuza. Black circles under the eyes, a dented button-down shirt, and a shitton of problems.

Recently, the crime rate across Japan has started to fall, which would be great news if this fall was not caused by another criminal. Salazar began his own sweep across the country and was not going to stop until the criminals were over.

As if taunting the level of crime, the Villains appeared on the streets at terrifying speed, only to fall into the hands of Salazar. It was a vicious circle that no one was going to break.

Vigilantes didn't exist for long, they were either killed by the Villains or caught by police. But seeing that neither one nor the other could even recognize his identity. . . Well, Naomasa had a feeling that Salazar would walk the Earth for a long time.

Another problem was the "secret wars" between gangs that did not want to get on the police radar - or so Naomasa thought. After each battle, shell casings, corpses, and a few witnesses remained, but there was never any useful information left. It was annoying.

Particularly striking was the war over the territory of the former Gray Fang gang. The gang "magically" disappeared, not even a small fry remained. Two hundred people simply disappeared in two months and left the areas unprotected.

There was also an unresolved case about two children who disappeared without a trace, they sometimes appeared next to another mansion only to disappear the next second. Naomasa did not know how much paperwork was added to the family lawyers with the appearance of these houses and would prefer not to know ever.

Then there was Hero Killer Stain. . . Seriously, how many insane bastards have appeared on earth in the past year?

'The world is changing. . . I don't like it, it's too chaotic, too dangerous.'

The detective sighed heavily and put the papers in a drawer. Today he will not even look at the papers, he needed to rest.

Suddenly, the door to his office flew into the wall and a breathless Tsukareta tumbled in.

"Chef! We've got a bank robbery by a team of Villains!"

". . ."

He won't be able to rest today.
