The Prideful Shinobi

My mind was muddled and hazy, It felt like my balance was wrecked and bile kept rising in my throat. A smell assaulted my nose that made the nausea even worse. When my eyes finally focused enough for me to see my surroundings I was greeted to a scene of destruction and death that would bring low even the most hardened and emotionless killers.

I was surrounded by burning corpses and buildings, my stomach finally won out over my stubbornness and I vomited what felt like a full meal. My hearing returned slowly while I was losing my dinner, what came with it made me scared. I could hear the sounds of fighting and dying going on somewhere.

My vision blurred again, this time because of the blood that flowed from my scalp and into my eye. My head was bleeding pretty good which explains my dizziness and lightheadedness. When I finally managed to turn myself in the direction of what I could hear I felt something in me give up, for as I looked I beheld my death, for I looked upon the Kyuubi in all his fearsome might.

But then almost as if a whisper in the back of my mind, calming me, soothing my fears. I could feel something within me, something that gave me hope, gave me peace, GAVE ME PRIDE!!! My wounds no longer hurt, my blood seemed to boil itself on my forehead only to then evaporate from the extreme heat I started to produce.

With little effort I stood and gazed upon the being that dared to make me feel hopelessness! That dared to scare me! Within my breast a roar rose up in defiance of the great beast that was in front of me. With it came the feeling of absolute power that bent and bowed to my unbreakable will. Without a moment of thought I called upon this power and formed a small flame that soon grew and revolved becoming a blazing sun.

With a little more effort another sun formed just to the side of the first, then another and another until finally 7 suns floated in front of me. I started to control the suns to compact themselves and grow smaller and smaller, when finally in between my palms floated a formation of 6 suns surrounding a 7th. "Strike of the Seven Stars!!!" I screamed into the nights sky throwing my hands forward at the Kyuubi.

Strike they did, for within a second of leaving my palms they shot at the monster with insane speeds just in time to catch the Kyuubi in the face when it turned to my direction. The moment they made contact they expanded to their full size of several feet in diameter. The strike lifted and threw the Kyuubi into the air and out of the walls of the village.

Most of the surrounding shinobi could not believe what they had seen, but they did not let surprise keep them from the fight and followed the beast of the walls after only a brief moment of time. When the fight resumed for the ninja of Konoha they tried to deal as much damage to the beast before he managed to recover from the blow it received.

The Kyuubi no longer gave the ninja any of it's attention, now it solely focused upon the being that had struck it with a fire that could burn the entity made entirely of chakra. It found him high into the air with one hand pointed above him and what looked like another sun forming upon the tip of his finger. Kyuubi wasted no time and began to gather and mix the chakra at it's command into the mighty and fearsome Bijudama.

Withing moments the Kyuubi unleashed the fearsome army slayer technique directly at the unknown enemy it faced. While at the same time the figure in the air unleashed his own attack. " Cruel Sun!" At that moment night turned to day, the might sun seemed to form itself right above the village and with came an immense heat that seemed to grow every moment.

When the two attacks clashed all were struck blind for a short moment, when finally their sight returned they could not believe it, for they saw the might Kyuubi charred and laying in a crater that seemed to be full of molten lava. That is when Minato arrived with the Chief Toad and teleported Kyuubi away.

When finally the shinobi turned their gazes to the being that could do such damage to the Nine Tails they were struck dumb, for what they saw was just a boy no older than 12-13. But they couldn't doubt for looking at him was like looking into the heart of a burning star. One brave ninja asked the question that they all longed to ask themselves, "who are you?" He answered" Taichi Kazuya The Lions Sin of Pride!"
