Renata Nasir takes her first leap at fate and the choices she makes shall determine her fate. “Indeed, life is like cherry blossoms, it shows off its beauty every once in a while just for you to catch a quick glimpse of its majesty but alas how fleeting is such a moment. Fleeting as it may be, but at least rebirth is a possibility.” AuroraMoon **Lengthy chapters begin in chapter 12 upwards. Mostly comprising of 900 - 1500 words, only two below 900.**
Renata has been reborn for three months now and she still has not been able to get used to the environment. She had later found out in this world people can cultivate, the people were the same as her previous life and world.
Their personalities did not change at all or rather certain parts of their personalities seemed to be more amplified. The body she woke up in had only opened 3 veins which meant she was destined to stay at Mortal Realm and cannot cultivate further basically she was no different than someone who opened 1-2 veins.
She was considered useless by those within her circle and family. A child in this world starts to enter cultivation at age 7, that is when their full potential will be seen. Renata was 19 years old and she still had only opened 3 veins, to say she was nothing but useless was not a lie.
In this world cultivators were dominate, regular people or mortals existed but were not the most dominant. They were ruled by their own respective governments, that fell under the territory of an academy or silver and upwards families.
The territory controlled by a family depended on their rank, there were top 100 families and only the top 20 families controlled territories along with the top 5 academies well now top 4. The Nasir family was considered a silver rank family not only in wealth but in cultivation especially that of their patriarch who was Renata's father.
Silver Rank families are in the top 11-20 and their patriarchs have a cultivation that is between Deity Transformation and Void Boundary realm. These realms fall under a big realm called Immortal Realm. Raanan Nasir's father realm is 'great attainment Deity Transformation', because of her dad's talent people within the family frowned upon her.
In their secret whispers they called her an illegitimate daughter who was born from the blood of a commoner who later abandoned her for another man, thus no wonder she was so useless and in more silent whispers people suspected she was not even the biological daughter of the patriarch.
These words were all too familiar to Renata, just that the reasoning for the judgement and snark remarks were different from her previous life she was accustomed to such talks. Her father usually ignored them, as long as they did not harm his daughter he would turn a blind eye.
A small part of him disliked her but at the same time he loved his daughter greatly, he was still heartbroken from her mother's departure. The contrast between how he treated her compared to her half sister Julie Nasir was still visible, he saw Julie as the daughter who brought light to his life when he thought everything was fading into black.
Julie was considered a daughter with great talent, as she opened 7 veins at age 7 in this way people considered her the only legitimate daughter of Raanan Nasir. Julie who is 17 years old at the present moment, had stepped into the first stage of the Immortal realm which was called Qi Refining Realm, it was comprised of 9 layers and Julie was in the 7th layer of the small realm.
Looking at it this way, Renata could not help but laugh at fate. She was reborn but yet she was reborn as a useless person.
