The Battle Begins

As they came up to the doorway to the throne room Maelyn directed Joseph, "You take the left side and I'll take the right." She then turned to Abjul and asked, "Abjul, you mind playing gate guard as we scan and examine? At least until we have a complete scan and a chance to collect any notable samples from what we see?"

  "I will be glad to." Abjul agreed and added, "And I will make sure that you are both undisturbed until you give the all clear."

  "Thank you." Maelyn replied and then examined the door as she opened it and then started examining the and scanning the throne room when she had completed her evaluation of the door.

  As her and Joseph stepped into the room Harmon sarcastically muttered lowly, "Ooh! Thank you you're such a good lapdog!" and then told himself, "I don't care what she says, as soon as I see that crystal dragon I'm gonna grab it and get this show on the road!"
