I am going to sell you to emperor

This story sounds like a fairy tale, but, it also has some authenticity as the beast down there consumed the dragon's body and became very powerful.

However, these powerful beasts are only sleeping nowadays, they don't interfere much with the outside.

The place called dragon's fall is a low land plain situated in the middle of a great ocean surrounded by mountains and hills and thus acting as a barrier against the ocean water.

The bottom-most layer is grassland that grew over the dragon's body as it decomposed over eras. It has an all-year spring climate with soft sunshine, however, nights get colder.

It brings a chill down my spine as think about the scene I saw when I first woke up? Did I come out of the dragon that time? Did that thing eat me and could digest me? And just how the hell did I end up shrinking?

During the whole of our journey, I got closer and acquainted with all of our company.

Ms. Cool lady Freesia is a noble's daughter while the crybaby lady is a childhood friend of Mr. Klein. Along with them, there is a creepy cloaked man with us.

He seems to hate Mr. Klein a lot for some reason. He always teaches me to not grow up like him. Till now he hasn't told me his name, even though he is the one who interacts the most with me after Mr. Klein. He tells me lots of racial facts like features of other races and holds being like vampires in high regard.

And the crybaby lady, she only cares about Mr. Klein in this world.

On the way, Mr. Klein told me that things aren't as peaceful as I think between Beasts and us. We only pass through the way that is the den of powerful but peaceful beasts who abhor someone else causing chaos in their territory.

We did not carry any food supply but fed on the beasts we hunted.

During this while, I could have been said to have become a full-fledged resident of this wild due to the teachings of three people. But, Mr. Klein burst my bubble by saying that my standards amount only to highly educated villagers of this world, let alone kingdoms and empires.

That was confirmed when I was only wearing a loin cloth throughout the whole journey.

And finally, we are about to exit the thick forest of hills to come up towards the ocean, but before that Mr. Klein called me for a discussion in the middle of a mountain way.

All others were sleeping while Mr. Klein and I were practicing the Askan tongue, the language of the Askanier Empire.

Although I have been showing incredible learning speed in the language, vocabulary is another thing according to mister.

"It is about the time I am going to withdraw the investment." I almost choked on my drink, those words almost came out of nowhere.

"So, I will tell you the gist of it here. The emperor of Askanier wants a child with striking similarities to him, as for why, no one knows, however, this information was only exposed to me by the emperor himself, and wants me to do it privately without anyone finding anything about it." He took a sip from his own drink and continued.

"This was a very difficult task as the emperor was an epitome of perfection, I needed to find someone who is fucking lady killer, feminine looking, has brains, potential, and talent. And that was hard. He needed to fake someone as his son. So, I was lost, but goddess showed me way down to this hell hole and fucking 2 years have passed since the request that was to be done within 1 month and finally I am going to offer you to the emperor, understood."

I nodded, I was being held in quite high praise, Ladykiller, hehehe, but I don't feel so good about being called feminine looking.

"And you exceeded my expectations, you should barely be 8 years old and are quite a fucking genius, you also are quite mannered and tempered, so much that your manners can be said to be of standards of royals, I don't know about your magic and fighting talent but, your age would make up for that."

"Look here, Askanier, …they are complex but you would know more about them as you live with them, try to impress the emperor and he would give you enough attention to make you the next emperor himself. And there is one last bomb I need to drop on you."

"I am a hero of this world."

"Ah, is that so?" It was my turn to calmly seep into my cup this time.

"Emperor entrusted you with a personal mission, has a deluxe edition sword and a party, gets revelations and guidance by a goddess, what else do you need to be a hero in a fantasy world."

'And you have a harem too.'

He threw the cup away again and kept both his hands on my soldier. "You passed, do you know why the emperor trusts me so much, it is because I am too similar to him except for his greed, and you are the same as me but instead of laziness or desire, you have curiosity."

I was kind of shocked, a hero called the great emperor greedy and himself lazy.

"After exiting the forest we would find the great ocean, the water body in the middle of the two continents. Through there we will go to the Kaladier family's island then enter the western continent where the Askanier empire is located." he explained.

"Kaladier family?" I asked.

"They are a major superpower in this world rivaling the two empires and making them one of the 5 major superpowers of this world." He explained.

"Anyways, tell me more about us and this goddess."

"We are we, goddess is the goddess." He shrugged it as a matter of fact only.
