Olivia's POV:

Mr. Bennett kept feeding me till I got full; he also discussed business with Mr. Douchet, but I couldn't understand since they were speaking in French, and Chloe would join in now and then.

Then Mr. Bennett checked his watch. "We should leave now," he said, and I nodded. I had been waiting for this moment, and it was already 9 p.m.I had to go to bed early since I had work the next day and a party to attend. I had not yet told Mr. Bennett about the party.

We all walked outside to our separate cars. Chloe smiled at me, but I rolled my eyes before hurrying into the car.

The next morning, I glared at the ceiling with a frown. I didn't sleep for more than two hours because my mind was a mess. At first, I was thinking of other ways Jenna could use to ruin me, but my mind drifted to Chloe.
