Unified Front

The darkness continued to rise, swirling and coalescing into a discernible shape. Jessamyn's breath hitched as the formless shadow took on a humanoid figure. Slowly, it solidified into the form of a woman, her features obscured by the shadows except for one striking detail: a single, piercingly bright eye that glowed with an eerie luminescence.

Jessamyn's lips curved into a mocking smile, her heart pounding with a mixture of anger and defiance. "You failed to kill me. I bear the child that will break the curse. You will die painfully and spend your afterlife in eternal pain. What are you going to do now, harlot?" she declared loudly, her voice cutting through the oppressive silence.
