A Few Drinks

It's Charlotte, standing still, her gaze fixed on something in the distance. Her lips are curled into a secretive smile, and she's giggling softly to herself as she looks down at a piece of paper.

Malik's brows furrow in confusion. "What on earth is she up to?" he wonders, his curiosity piqued.

As if sensing Malik's gaze, Robin suddenly looks up, her eyes sparkling with mischief. She quickly tucks the paper back into her purse and straightens her posture, plastering on a professional smile and giving him a small wave.

"Good morning!" She says cheerily before going back to her office.

Malik blinks, a little bemused before walking away but as he approaches his office, he overhears the whispers of the employees.

"Did you see Ms. Emerson's fiancé drop off breakfast for her this morning? They're so cute together!" One says, eyes practically sparkling.

Another employee chimes in, "I know, it's so sweet. They're obviously head over heels."
