Solaria [MAKING A REMAKE]

Hello eveyone, Blep aka author here just wanted to give a small warning that the quality of the novel might not be that good since it's my first time writing a novel so yeah, also this is supposed to be a first person novel so if it isn't that much of a first person type of novel I do apologize. Now one last thing is that if there aren't "" or '' then it means that it's Mika thinking so yeah please do enjoy.

Hello me, although I can't believe that I'm actually talking to myself but I guess that this is what happens when your too lazy to go buy a journal or a diary to write in it.

So anyways, I'm Mika, I'm 15, I'm a student at Sky Fall Academy and I don't think that I have anything that I can call special about myself so that's that truly.

I woke up aroudn a few minutes ago but you know how it feels when you just wanna stay in bed for some more time and maybe just go back to sleep? If you do then congratulations! You are officially either tired, exhausted or burnt out. Luckily for me I'm just tired since I went to sleep late yesterday because of an assignment.

But other than that I still need to get up since the academy that I go to sadly has something important today, if it wasn't for that I probably would have went back to sleep.

After saying that I got up, took a shower, made breakfast, ate breakfast, and left the dorms to get to class. When I got to class it was a lot louder than it usually was but it made sense as to why it's like this today.

I then just sat down at my seat and waited for the teacher to come in so that we could start the day and finish it just as quickly so that I can get a bit more sleep.

After around like ten minutes passed the teacher came in which made everyone go back to their seats and quiet down so that we could finish the day and go back home.

The teacher then went to the front of the class and started speaking "Hello everyone, how are you today?" The teacher asked. "We're doing great!" the class replied, of course me included since if I don't then it might make it a little bit more complicated.

"Good, now then quiet down a bit class, even if it's a special day today you guys still need to remember that this is a school." With that said everyone once again went quiet so that this day could be finished as quick as possible.

"Ok now, I call your name come to the front of the class to get your pet beast"

Oh yeah I forgot to explain. So in this world or maybe even universe, there are pet beasts. You can get them by either hatching them or finding them in the wild or making a soul contract which is also known as a mystic bond, and today is the day that we're getting our pet beast eggs. but since it might annoy some people to always say pet beasts you can just call them by their scientific name which is "Solmythos".

And I accidentaly said out loud hooray me.... But luckily for me no one heard that since if they did they might have thought that I'm insane or something.

"Mika" oh it's my turn now speak of the devil I guess.

After my name being called I went to the front of the class and got a beast egg, I then proceeded to make a soul contract with it so that it would hatch and with that two bright lights came out meaning that there would be two pet beasts instead of one.

"Oh wow looks like her actually luck might kick in right now!" Shouted a person, "Of course it is, but it's called a double edged sword for a reason you know." another student shouted. The reason that he called my luck a "double edged sword" is because my luck sometimes enjoys annoying me and puts a twist almost whenever I get lucky.

When the lights stopped it revealed two Solmythos, one was white with black and blue stripes on it with a bit of brown on it and silver eyes. While the other on was red with black, yellow and orange stripes on it with colorful eyes that had the colors red, yellow and orange that made them look like crystals.

"I knew it! Her luck was gonna kick in!" someone shouted. And well, he was correct, the two pet beasts that I hatched from the egg were both catterpilars I don't really mind it since I like how they have so many evolutions so i can study them quite a bit, and they were kinda cute.

With that said I went back to my seat and sat back down. A few more minutes passed until everyone got their pet beasts and then the teacher said "Well then class, now that everyone of you has gotten a pet beast I think it's time for all of you to go on your adventures, but please do remember that you need to come back to the academy every once in two months." the teacher said.

And with that said we all left the classroom. Oh yeah i forgot to say something so let me reintroduce myself. I'm Mika, I'm 15 and my dream, is to become a researcher!
