I live in a world where everyone is strong and everyone has powers, In this world we get to choose what our powers do, I chose to create snow. I had no idea that this was a mistake, choosing a power that was neither offensive nor defensive couldn't save me in the worst moment of my life... but what did save me was accidentally time-traveling to the future. How did that happen?? (Warning this story can take a lot of turns sometimes into depravity and not all the characters are good natured people)

Reincarnated in Middle-Earth: The Legacy of Light

**Introduction:** In a small apartment cluttered with gaming consoles, empty soda cans, and half-read fantasy novels, John Mercer spent his days lost in the virtual worlds that offered a refuge from his bleak reality. A once-passionate gamer, John's enthusiasm had waned, replaced by a numbing routine and a growing sense of despair. His favorite escape was "The Lord of the Rings," a world of epic battles and heroic quests that seemed infinitely more vibrant than his own. John had always dreamed of living in Middle Earth, where he could wield a sword, cast spells, and stand against the forces of darkness. The world of Tolkien was his sanctuary, a place where he could imagine himself as a hero rather than a faceless player in an endless grind of online games. But those were just fantasies, fleeting moments of solace that dissipated as soon as he logged off and returned to the harsh light of day. One fateful night, after hours of playing yet another repetitive dungeon crawl, John fell asleep with "The Lord of the Rings" open beside him. He dreamed of vast forests, ancient cities, and a sky filled with stars. But this dream was different. It felt vivid, almost tangible, as if he could reach out and touch the trees, hear the rustle of leaves, and feel the weight of a sword at his side. When John awoke, he found himself in a place that was both familiar and utterly foreign. The air was crisp and filled with the scent of pine and earth. He was in a forest, unlike any he had seen in his world—tall, majestic trees that seemed to touch the sky, their leaves whispering secrets in the breeze. Confusion gave way to awe as he realized where he was: Middle Earth, the land of his dreams. Before he could fully grasp his situation, a glowing interface appeared before his eyes, reminiscent of the games he used to play. It displayed a series of stats, skills, and quests, transforming his existence into a game-like system. John's heart raced as he read the words that would change his life forever: **Welcome, John Mercer. You have been chosen.** **Current Location: Middle Earth - Lórien Forest** **Objective: Discover your purpose in this world.** The system was intuitive, responding to his thoughts and guiding him through his first steps in this new reality. It granted him basic abilities, increasing his strength, agility, and perception to levels beyond anything he had known. He could see his stats, skills, and inventory, just as he had in countless games before. But this was no game—it was real. As John explored his surroundings, he encountered the beautiful and enigmatic Lady Galadriel and the wise Lord Celeborn, rulers of Lothlórien. They welcomed him with a mixture of curiosity and caution, sensing the unusual nature of his arrival. John chose to keep the truth of his origins a secret, knowing that his knowledge of their world could be both a blessing and a curse. In the days that followed, John trained tirelessly, learning to harness the power of the Heart of Lórien, a mystical artifact that pulsed with a radiant energy. He discovered that his game-like system could interface with the Heart, amplifying his abilities and granting him access to powerful magic. Each quest he completed, each skill he mastered, brought him closer to understanding his role in this world. But Middle Earth was not the idyllic paradise he had imagined. Dark forces were stirring, shadows that threatened to engulf the light. John soon found himself at the forefront of a looming war, tasked with defending Lórien from the encroaching darkness. With every battle, he grew stronger, his resolve hardening as he faced the reality of his new life. As the shadow of war loomed larger, John knew that his journey was only beginning. He would need to forge alliances, uncover ancient secrets, and confront the darkness that sought to consume Middle Earth. With the power of the Heart of Lórien and the strength of his allies, he would stand against the shadows and fight for

The Hyperion System

================================== At the end of 2020, monsters suddenly appeared across the globe along with mysterious dungeons causing havoc and chaos. The world's governments tried to fight them and while they could kill the weakest ones, the stronger monsters seemed immune to everything short of nuclear weapons. However the dungeons also radiated Mana into the world granting all kinds of powers to humanity which allowed them to fight back. 10 years later the world has changed drastically, those who fought monsters and entered the dungeons became known as adventurers and we're ranked based on their strength, the strongest of these were treated like royalty and highly sought after. Due to the variety of abilities and skills one could learn and the materials that could be gained by slaying monsters and entering dungeons however, other professions arose as well such as elite craftsmen that could turn monster parts into weapons and armor that could be used to fight against them or the runesmiths and enchanters that could empower these items and create artifacts with an almost endless variety of effects and traits. Technology also became far more advanced by merging it with magic and allowed people to create things like items that can hold a large amount of stuff in a small space or faster and more efficient transportation. But is that all these dungeons have to offer or is there more going then meets the eye? =================================== This story was inspired by other web novels on this site such as -Infinite Mana in The Apocalypse -Leveling System -Absorb the Apocalypse -My Vampire System -Legends of the Mythological Genes -Super Gene -Picking up Attributes from Today -and others read on different apps Please go and read at least some of these other novels if you haven't as you might enjoy them

This story is captivating! I’m not usually one for love stories, but the suspense is real! The characters are well written, and the way the plot develops is very well thought out!

A really late follow up after reading about 30 chapters, (apologies for being a slow reader), so here is my follow up review. ☝️🤓 First and foremost each chapters have seen a great writing improvement with each chapter's passing. The previous chapters are great, but my only tiny nitpick is that it had some minor spelling mistakes here and then, but this was no longer the case in later chapters, accompanied by the consistently improving writing quality, which definitely inspired me to learn a few words and writing methods. 😉 The story development is great, to be on the edge of your seat and waiting to see what happen in the next chapter, it's surely a writing skill that the author has mastered for sure. It definitely gets better with each chapter's passing, and I am definitely looking forward for future chapters. Overall, this was a great read so far, and I am looking forward for the rest chapters. Good luck and keep striving for improvement! [img=coins].

Four chapters in and I'm already interested at the story. Personally, I've not liked first person stories, but I have to admit that this webnovel got me hooked on Snowe's perspective and her viewpoint. The progressive world-building is an interesting pick as it allowed me as the reader to grow with the world around them, which I think it's pretty neat. As for the writing quality? it's pretty good. The grammar and writing style is good, personally, and although there was just a few minor mishaps such as a spelling mistake or two, it did not bother me too much. But there's always room for improvement and striving to be better Author! Overall, after reading four chapters, I think it's a pretty good Webnovel that deserves some credit. Great job, and good luck with future works.
