Chapter 21: The Pirate that wanted new Booty

~ Back to Calvin's Main Body Somewhere sailing the Grand Line~

Arriving on the ship, Calvin was escorted to the Commodore to report for duty. As he was led towards the commander of the ship, he observed his new crewmates that he would be spending time with. They were males and females with more females than males, roughly a 3:1 female to male ratio by rough calculations.

Finally Calvin saw the commodore and commanding officer of the ship and stood at attention before giving a crisp salute. Before him was a slender woman sporting blue shorts and high heels, she had a justice coat that she wore above her pink frilled blouse that had an open front revealing her voluptuous breasts. She was in red lipstick, had long curly black hair that is tied back, and a mole on the right side of her face below her mouth. She also possesses a black spider tattoo on her left thigh. It was future Vice Admiral Gion aka Momousagi, current Commodore Gion.

As a commissioned officer Calvin expected to be in charge of non commissioned officers. However he was in for a rude awakening!

"Hello, Marine Ensign Calvin, let's cut to the chase I'm very busy. As a Marine that hasn't gone through the ranks, you would normally get some leeway as an officer trained at Marineford".... Gion said with a bland look.

"However you didn't even spend one day in the academy before being directly promoted to an officer. So you missed all the character building exercises everyone else was a part of."

Sighing Gion continued with a indecipherable look on her beautiful face. "Secondly you have not proved yourself by working your way up through the ranks".

"But I passed all the tests that Marineford had to offer and I even broke all their records, bringing this up is pointless commander." said Calvin

"Silence! For all I know you have the backing of some world noble and cheated the tests! All I believe in is what I see with my eyes and the sword in my hand. As you're on my ship you will abide by rules, so you will be working as a Petty Officer and will get more responsibilities upon my approval, is that understood!?" barked Gion.

"But my abilities would be much more useful elsewhere...." retorted Calvin.

"Is that understood?!" asserted Gion "You're making a mistake!" shouted Calvin "Demoted to Seaman First Class!" rebut Gion "What do you mean?!" shouted Calvin "Demoted to Chore boy!" barked Gion who was angry and getting red in the face. At which point Calvin realized she was an unreasonable woman, and there was no point arguing with her so he shut up.

Gion was indeed like what was portrayed in the anime! A temperamental woman that would even stand up to her superiors whenever she thought she was in the right. At the present moment Gion thought she was right in her assessment of Calvin.

After boarding the ship and reporting to Commander Gion, he got demoted! Well he really didn't get demoted to a chore boy.... It had been weeks since he had been on the ship and working as a chore boy, sweeping, mopping, cleaning garbage etc. He did it all, and he was responsible for them.

He did all his chores excellently of course, nothing but perfection from a high end machine like a cyborg robot. Afterwards he would meditate on the information that he had extracted from the brain of Shimotsuki Ryuma , and simulate sword fighting (shadow sword fighting) much like how boxers do shadow boxing.

Somehow Commander Gion always decided to come around when Calvin was finished and shadow fighting. Despite the fact that he could always show that the task was completed, she always insisted that he was playing around and did not show initiative in getting a new task.

After a few times of this happening Calvin stopped trying to explain, he basically went on auto pilot and immersed his mind on other things. Today was another such day, he was now at the bottom of the ship shining balls....what balls you ask, the cannonballs of course.

The Cannonballs were stored below decks of the ships when they were not in use. Limiting their exposure to humid air and seawater naturally would prevent rust and decay of the metal. His job was to shine them to keep them in pristine condition.

Calvin was just finished shining the Cannon balls and moved on to his next duty which was dish washing. Strangely enough there was no one else around, not that he minded as he could multitask and have his body wash dishes while his mind worked on more important tasks such as invading Mary Geoise, and creating the perfect living body with a biological computer instead of a regular electrical computer.

-Booom! BAANG! BLANG!- explosions were heard following rumbling. Calvin extricated himself from his thoughts, there was no training scheduled currently so the only other answer would be a pirate attack.

The was curious as to who could make such a commotion on the ship of a Commodore. When he noticed that the commotion didn't end after 5 minute he leisurely made his way to the deck.

Why leisurely? because this was not the first time they had been attacked. However every time it happened Gion and her girls would take care of it. After which Gion would scold him about not being diligent about his work yada yada yada. So he leisurely went to check it out.

If the commotion ended before he got there, and his fellow marines started bustling about he would know that it was all good. If it didn't then he would be seeing his first battle as a marine.

Walking unto the deck, Calvin held a fork in hand, he was greeted with a vision of destruction! Parts of the deck were scorched! The sails were on fire, and there were pirates and marines all over the floor of the deck.

But what was even more eye catching, was a group of injured female marines huddled in a corner surrounded by a few dirty looking men with cutlasses. 'Pirates! And they managed to put an elite group of marines like these out of commission' thought Calvin.

Checking on his fellow marines he saw that, some were sitting up, most were unconscious. Whether it was the injured marines or the pirates, they were all staring at a battle taking place between Gion and another pirate.

Gion was fighting a massive female pirate, roughly 12 feet tall! The large female pirate swung her sword and clashed with Gion who managed to block it. The massive female pirate then let her sword fall to the deck before slashing upwards in a weird angle. Gion quickly blocked the sword but was blasted unto the pirate ship that was tied to the navy ship during their raid.

"You can do it Captain! Kick the Crescent Moon hunter's ass!" shouted a few of the girls huddled in the corner. "Gahahaha ! Our captain is undefeatable! your boss is fated to become out captain's pet and so are you! shouted the pirate confidently.

"And when she's done with you it'll be our turn to have some fun" said another pirate lewdly. At this point the pirates took notice of Calvin who just walked on deck, he had a fork in his hand.

"Hey look's like we didn't kill all the males, there's a boy over there!" shouted a pirate. "Dumbass that's obviously a little girl, way too pretty to be a boy! retorted another pirate. "Look she isn't moving she must be scared out of her wits! Gahahaha" said the pirate as he evilly laughed.

"Don't be afraid lil girl were just gonna f**k ya is all, no need to be afraid of a lil F**kin!" shouted the lecherous pirate. A vein popped in Calvin's forehead, enough was enough now he's mad! All the annoyance from doing chores from two weeks, plus being mistaken for a girl and lusted after by dudes was the straw that broke the camel's back.

"Shut up pig face!" shouted Calvin as he ran forward with the spoon. "Why don't yo make me you lil bi...." sneered the large pirate as his speech cut off midsentence, courtesy of his head being cut off. Calvin flashed past the trash talking pirate and reappeared between the pirates and the captive marine girls.

Calvin started walking through the stunned pirates and marines who couldn't believe what just happened. Calvin decided to walk forward slowly, as horror movie villains always walked slowly and it always terrified their victims. Disappointingly the pirates got ahold of themselves and ran towards Calvin to attack instead of running away

They all attacked instead of going one by one, which is the honorable and also stupid way. They all slashed down with their cutlasses, and were parried by the spoon in Calvin's hand! It was unbelievable! Calvin calmly forced them away, and started to slash wantonly with the spoon. Every slash of the fork cut down one pirate, one by one until they were all down for the count.

It all took some time to describe but it happened in the blink of an eye. Turning back to the marines Calvin smiled innocently. "You guys rest up, I'm going to where the captain is ok?" The dumbfounded marines could only nod in unison, they were all tongue tied and lost for words!

On the Pirate Ship

The crescent moon hunter overpowered Gion and knocked her sword out of her hands. Grabbing Gion's two hands using one of her own, she lifted Gion into the air until she was level will her face. Pointing her sword to Gion's neck, Catarina licked her lips and smirked at Gion before saying: "I love to see the struggle, lets see how long you keep that fire. I love to break the will of new booty the most".

Calvin jumped once and landed on the deck of the pirate ship. "Crescent moon hunter...a big shot pirate, not bad for my debut fight as a marine."
