Shin was very surprised because he felt fluctuations in his body for few seconds. He concluded that it must be the effects of level up. The feeling was very addictive though.

He now had CHA stat which meant his chakra and HP which were obvious hit points. From the numbers he concluded that his HP was corresponding to his body strenght. So he was not worried about it as it would naturally increase with his strength increasing in future.

Now he had 3 Free Stat points and 30 Free Talent points. With much thinking, Shin added the three stat points to CHA as he wanted to increase his chakr amount foremost. He felt a warm energy inside his gut and could tell that his chakra reserves expanded from before. The feeling of becoming stronger with one mental clock was really something else...

For his Free Talent points , Shin was conflicted. He could increase his Tajutsu talent which would reach to almost Kage level if he dumped all his points in it. But Shin suppressed that desire because for now he wanted to unlock a new useful talent. He decided to unlock Chakra sense after much deliberation because it would be obviously convenient if he could increase his sensing range by a lot.

After all he could sense people and avoid being ambushed by some bastards. Shin knew that he was not fully safe even though he was inside the village. Simply because of Danzo. That bastard may try to recruit him and Shin will reject him immediately. So Danzo may want to get rid of him as that bastard did not like ninja get could not control especially those who had high talent.

Actually joining Root was not a bad choice for Shin either because he would be nurtured by Danzo if he showed high talent and improvement there. But Shin did not consider this option because he simply did not like to be controlled. Sure, Shin could increase his Fuinjutsu talent to max and easily tweak the slave seal which Danzo used to control his puppet ninjas, but he currently had no idea how much mastery in Fuinjutsu will be needed for that feat.

Shin noticed that he had started hesitating so he shook his head furiously and decided to reject the thought of becoming Danzo's subordinate even though it will only be temporary. He simply did not like that thought and this reason was more than enough for him.

Shin's mind was now cleared so he immediately dumped all 30 FREE TALENT P into Chakra sense talent and waited for the change to happen. He was really not disappointed as after only five seconds, he felt a tremble in his soul and soon his senses became ridiculously enhanced. He closed his eyes to focus and was left speechless with this new talent of his.

He could now effortlessly sense everything in 2 kilometers radius around him even underground was not an exception. Shin was excited so he tried to test his current limit with chakra sense. The range expanded slowly and when he reached 2400 meters radius, his mind started feeling little sluggish. Shin insctively understood that this range was his current limit.

Still it was not an exaggeration to say that his chakra sense was a monster talent . He swore to himself that he will dump all his Free Talent Points into this talent until it reaches max level. After all he could not say no to the increase in his sensing range. The huge distance was not the only reason Shin was excited. The other reason was that , he could sense the emotions of people inside his range somehow.

This ability was too useful as if he used it then nobody could hope to successfully lie to him as he could easily catch their lies by sensing their emotions on the spot. Shin did not feel much uncomfortable while using this talent but decided to not use it frequently. The reason was that his brain could not handle so much influx of information in one go. Thus Shin decided to train this ability until his mind becomes capable to handle this mental backlash in future.
