The Schnee that revolted

Alexander leaned back in his chair as he looked at all the papers in front of him which had information regarding a lot of industrial things, mainly, finances and investments.

After he had been reborn, Alex had assimilated the memories of the host body which he now inhabits, the interesting thing was that this body had apparently already died by the time he had transmigrated over to this body, and it was not a natural death either, this was caused by a very potent, tasteless and colorless poison.

The name of the host body was Alexander Schnee, the eldest son of Willow and Jacques Schnee, the host body was only 14 years old. Apparently, a year before his death, Alexander had found out about many of the shady things that his father did with the SDC resulting in a clash between father and son, the result of the clash was that Alexander Schnee completely cut off all his ties with the Schnee name and only kept the family in order to honor his mother, after he left the family, he was accompanied by a butler sent to him by the Atlasian military who also provided him with a mansion and gave him the necessary tools to establish a firm of his own.

This was another interesting thing that Alex found about the original Alexander. Alexander Schnee was a natural genius, at the age of 9 he created his own dust based generator, at the age of 10 he attained the highest form of degree in robotics from Atlasian academy, his advancements in robotics were so great that even the great general Ironwood was interested in immediately taking the kid under his wing but failed due to the Atlas council stopping him from being too enthusiastic. When he left the Schnee family, Ironwood was the first one to contact him and provide him with a home and resources to start his firm, in return, Alexander had signed a contract where he would be giving the Atlasian military a 40% discount on everything produced by his company, he only decided to give such a huge concession because Ironwood agreed to put the butler he had as the front of the company, this was due to the fact that every other company would immediately take advantage of his firm if they were to know that the CEO was a kid of 13 years of age. The butler himself was loyal to Alexander to a fault, even to the extent of going against the Atlasian military if needed, This was due to the fact that this old butler, Shen Lie, once served his grandfather, Nicholas Schnee as a butler.

The company that the young Alexander created was a weapons and robotics company called " Talos Industries". The company was very successful as it supplied a lot of firms and the Atlas military with state of the art weaponry and robots, but it was also this success which brought him closer to death.

"Well, at least I did not reincarnate in the body of a wastrel, besides, the IQ of this body will be very useful for my Technopath powers" Alex muttered.

Just as Alex was about to get up from his chair, he felt a telepathic message being sent to him from an unknown location, the message was like this.

Now that you have reached the world where you need to fulfill the terms of our contract, I will be giving you brief information about this world and people you need to be wary of.

Your task is to make sure that humanity does not go extinct, I do not care what method you use, no matter what you do, but the only parameter is that humanity must not die out.

And then, Alex got a lot of information about the world, about the origins of the world, about the Gods of Light and Darkness, about Salem and Ozma, about the Gods making mistakes, about the consequences, about the relics, about dust and semblance, about the kingdoms, about the Faunus.

Once he was done going through the information, Alex almost had the urge to curse out loud, he was stopped from going to the afterlife to fix the mistakes of those two useless gods.

"Whatever, first things first, I need to-" but before he could continue his thought process was stopped as he felt something, normally, he should only be able to use his three powers instinctually, but aside from him knowing about his powers instinctually, he could also feel some form of a metaphysical container in his body, filled with some sort of energy, it felt as though it was a warm current of water, circulating in the container.

"What is this?" he mumbled as he concentrated on the container and imagined trying to open the container in the same way that he used his own powers, the result was immediately apparent as pale blue energy engulfed his body in a warm flow of power, immediately, he understood that this was Aura, the power of this world's humans but before he could continue to feel this power, he felt another power activate as strange Glyphs appeared in mid-air and circled his body, this was his semblance. Along with his semblance he also instinctively gained knowledge of what each Glyph does and how to properly utilize them.

Once he was done observing his new powers, he received another message from Balance.

Consider this a bonus, mortal. The original version of that body did not have adequate levels of aura required to activate his semblance. this was due to his weak soul, but since your soul is at least a hundred times stronger than the original, I decided to modify it in such a way that you would also possess aura equivalent to the strength of your soul, this is done so that you can properly utilize all of your resources and complete your task.

"Well, this is also very useful" Alex mumbled as he looked at the Glyphs around him.

"But first, I need to get to Ironwood and have him investigate who was responsible for poisoning the original host" he mumbled as he went to the car outside of his mansion.
