Chapter 6: NadiaHudson

Friday Afternoon

NADIA POV:

Gena and I have different classes on the last period of Friday. She has Chemistry and I have Physics, the same class as Hudson. After school, I found Gena as soon as possible so I could ask her about the double date tomorrow. She was right outside the classroom hallway door talking to the popular girls who thought they run the school. I guess to some extent, they did.

As I approached them, they looked like they were having a rough conversation. I was now close enough to hear what they were talking about.

"Look, just stay away from him, okay?!" shouted Krystal, the head dance captain and head cheerleader.

"What business do I even have with him?" asked Gena.

"Just do whatever you can to keep away!"

"Done!" Gena said while walking away. She spotted me and suddenly she had on a more positive mood than what I just saw her doing. The other girls left.

I took the initiative of asking.

"Hey, Gena. What happened over there??"
