The outbreak has spread; containment is breached. The virus is now loose, and Raccoon City is no longer the only city plagued by the infection. In the current state of the chaotic event, dispatched on a mission - Umbrella USS Operative; Codename, Saint - is sent with the Foxtrot Team in securing trapped Umbrella Scientists in a city under attempted lockdown through marshal law.
