When Yuto regained his consciousness, he was in a white, blank room.

"Where am I..." Yuto was confused. For some reason, he was rather calm.

"Don't bother brat, geez that was the most disgusting way I've seen someone die." Yuto heard a voice speak in a repulsed tone.

"W..who are you?!" In front of him, was a white figure that had no details on it, that appeared out of nowhere.

"Let's...not complicate things. Just call me god."

'God?! Where exactly am I? Wait, he said I died...no way, how?!'

"I chose the second option." He said quickly, as if he already knew what the God would say, even surprising the being itself with his quick answer.

Yuto didn't really have to think much about it. He didn't get to live his life to the fullest, partly due to circumstances and partly due to his own life choices. A second chance was a big deal for him.

"Very well then." God raised its hand and placed it on Yuto's head.

"All the best. Hope you won't regret your choice."

Yuto was about to question the being about the cryptic statement, before a bright white light filled the room and Yuto vanished from his spot.

"Hah! Finally he's gone." The God flopped down on the floor relieved to be done with that weird case.

"Wait, something is missing..." He started looking around the room, only to find everything in place.

"...meh! I guess I was just mistaken."

Yuto was in a room, that looked like it was a hospital room. Suddenly everything that happened, from his death to the god, everything came rushing back.

'So I actually reincarnated? That's insane...' Yuto was in awe.

"Ah! Yuto-san, you're awake! That's good, please wait a moment, I'll inform madam." He was snapped out of his thoughts by the sound door of the room opening and sweet voice addressing him.

Before he could even say anything, the woman left the room, but it was enough for Yuto to see her face, something that shocked him to his core.

'No way! It couldn't be her. I'm sure I was mistaken.'

The door to the room slammed open and before Yuto could react, he was enveloped in a hug.

"Yuto! My baby! Oh, Thank God! I was so scared. How are you feeling baby? Does it hurt anywhere? That bitch! How dare she hurt my Yuto!" The woman rambled on.

Yuto was beyond surprised. Mana? Awakening of the world? What does that mean? He decided not to focus on all of that.  His system was...pretty degenerate.

Yuto looked up at the brown haired woman, who was staring down at him with a concerned gaze.

Another massive difference here, was the fact that women were considered the main provider. And being a man, all one has to do is reproduce. All the positions of power were held by women, whether it be political or head of any major company.

Also, male libido was much lower, while female libido was off the charts. That made continuing the human population a massive headache. The government paid a lot of money to men who impregnated a woman.

Again, that might sound archaic to some, but Yuto was more than happy with the arrangement.

Now a lot less groggy, Yuto pulled himself out of the heavenly pillows, with a lot of reluctance and looked up at the nurse. And once again, he was shocked beyond belief.

'No way! I'm not mistaken right?!' Yuto's eyes goggled, being someone who lived off of anime, he definitely recognised the familiar tuft of pink hair.

"Sakura Haruno?!" He blurted out.

"Huh?! Y..yeah c..can I help you?" The pinkette stammered.

'Shit, I said that out loud!' Yuto cursed inwardly.

"No...nothing." he shook his head, with a face, red in embarrassment.

"O...Kay?" Sakura was confused by the boy's behaviour, but that was not something she was focused on right now.

'God! He's so cute. Look at his face! Ugh! Control yourself, Sakura! You don't want a case against you.' she chastised herself.

Yuto was still in shock after he recognised Sakura. His eyes suddenly widened even more, when he realised something.

He quickly whipped his head back up to look at his mother's face.

"Still, you should take some rest. I'll be back with some food okay? If you have anything you need you can ask Sakura-san." Mamako kissed his cheeks and got up from her seat.

Sakura watched the mother son duo interact, a bit fixated on the boy. Mamako, as if sensing the nurse's lustful gaze, approached her and whispered in her ears, "Don't you dare touch him, it won't end well for you, understood?" She said in a threatening tone.

Sakura gulped and nodded hurriedly. Mamako was extremely rich and had a lot of connections. She could most definitely take away her job.
