Primordial Ice: Awakened after being frozen for millions of years.

There were four forbidden places on the southern continent of an unknown world. Of the four, one was the most mysterious, they called it the Frozen Abyss, and this place had existed for an unknown number of years. Thousands or millions of years had passed, but the only thing that never changed was that this place always existed in books and in the stories told. Even when ancient races roamed this place, it already existed, carrying a freezing that, no matter the strength, anyone who ventured deep into this place would freeze to death. But one day, suddenly, at the core of the frozen earth, two eyes opened. (English is not my first language, any mistakes please let me know, I appreciate it.) (One chapter a day, maybe more)

Law

The young man carrying Li Yuemei flew out of the ship slowly. Just as he was about to leave the ship, a golden Qi barrier appeared. However, as the young man approached the barrier, it quickly turned into ice and shattered.

Everyone saw the boy taking Li Yuemei and flying rapidly somewhere, and they were completely confused about why their leader would let him leave like that. They couldn't think of any justification for this decision.

"Leader, why did you let the boy abduct the princess? She is the person with the most potential in our sacred land. When her physique awakens, she will be like a celestial genius and may reach the Saint realm like you, perhaps even the Transcendent realm is not just a dream."

Elder Zhang asked with a serious face, not pleased with how their leader and Elder Xu acted when they saw the boy.

Despite feeling danger from the boy in the cocoon, he didn't think the boy could defeat all eleven Emperor realm elders and their Saint realm leader.

"Yes, Princess Li Yuemei may be in danger. We have no idea what the boy will do with her. How can you let him take her so easily without even trying to stop him?" Another elder asked, extremely confused and unhappy with the leader's decision.

A heated discussion erupted on the ship, with the elders debating their leader's decision. Everyone seemed to agree that it was a cowardly decision.

Even others on the rest of the ship were completely confused and didn't know why their leader, who always acted as a protector for everyone in the southern sacred land. He would let the greatest genius of the sacred land be kidnapped without even putting up a fight.

They then looked at the leader and Elder Xu, demanding a clear explanation.

The leader of the sacred land saw Li Yuemei being taken away and sighed deeply with a difficult expression on his face.

Elder Xu then approached his side and spoke briefly.

"No need to blame yourself; you did what could be done."

"Do you think that was really it?" The leader asked with a serious expression.

"Yes, I had some doubts, but when I saw how he broke the ship's barrier, I was sure," Elder Xu said. After flying in front of everyone and beginning to explain why they didn't try to act against the boy.

"That aura emanating from the boy's body wasn't ice Qi; it was something superior. That aura resonated with the Qi around it and seemed to be one level above, able to control the surrounding Qi as if it were its own."

"That is something only beings in the Transcendent realm can use. It is the power of the law."

"The realm that is practically unreachable—even in ancient times, it was extremely difficult for someone to reach this realm."

"Only those who understand even a minimal part of a law can surpass the Saint realm and transcend to the Transcendent realm. Only those with extreme understanding and talent, and with great luck, have the chance to comprehend a piece of that power."

"If they succeed, they will have absolute power beyond understanding, and because this power is utterly terrifying, when someone reaches the Transcendent realm, the world's Dao seals part of their powers and rejects them. If the person wants to continue cultivating, the only thing they can do is leave the planet and venture into space."

Elder Xu explained everything he knew about this power. Everyone listened intently, trying to absorb everything the elder was saying.

"But aren't there people in the Transcendent realm? I heard that they still exist, and there are some on the central continent." An elder said, remembering someone.

"Those called Transcendent are only at the peak of the Saint realm, one step away from the Transcendent realm, but they still haven't understood any laws," Elder Xu replied.

"So, was that boy who came out of the cocoon a being from that realm?" Elder Zhang asked, a little terrified and remembering the sense of danger he felt as soon as the boy appeared a few meters away.

"He used the power of a law. The law of ice—that's why the leader and I said not to attack him. If that boy got angry, he could kill everyone here with just a simple release of the law of ice."

"Although the princess's life is important, she is no more important than the lives of all of us. The sect leader had to consider what was best for the sacred land." Elder Xu finished explaining, and everyone listened, completely focused on absorbing everything the elder was saying.

While Elder Xu explained to the others, the leader was seriously contemplating a solution in his mind.

'No, he wasn't a being from the Transcendent realm. If he were, the world's Dao would reject him or at least seal part of his law as soon as he emerged from the cocoon, but that didn't happen.'

'That young man is a mystery, and his strength even more so. I need to seek their opinion... and then we will act to save Li Yuemei. I just hope we can do it before something bad happens.'

Well, this was a bit of a boring chapter to write, and I imagine it might be the same for reading, so I'll release another chapter later today. Have a good read. :)
