19 THE OPEN CONTEST 2

Hiennrich was victorious in his first fight. The Announcer proclaim him as the winner and his hand was raised as proclamation and he shakes hand with his opponent as a sign of sportmanship.

Next fight was Gregory facing Brawly . Brawly was from Pallas City. The Announcer stated their information and started the match . Brawly called out his Primeape while Gregory called out his Sandshrew .

Primeape is a bipedal Pokémon with a round body covered in whitish, shaggy fur. It usually has a throbbing vein on the left side of its forehead, and it has triangular ears with pink insides and a pink, snout-like nose. Its arms and legs are brown and have metal shackles on the wrists and ankles. This is probably indicative of a method of training with weights. The hands have no visible fingers, instead resembling mittens or boxing gloves, and the feet have two toes.

Primeape is easily angered; even the slightest glance of eye contact will make it furious. When Primeape is furious, its blood circulation is boosted. This makes its muscles stronger, but at the cost of some of its intelligence. It will chase anyone who upsets it and will not stop until it has caught its quarry. Even if it is awoken from sleep, it will groggily chase whatever woke it. Primeape can be found in vibrant forests or on mountains. It has shown some fondness for bananas.

Sandshrew attack first using Rock Slide but Primeape able to dodge and counter using Focus punch that was hit Sandshrew but it is able to withstand the damage and launches to use Rock Throw in close range . That also hit Primeape and dealt damage. Since Sandshrew is close to Primeape he commanded his to use Low kick that able to connect and threw away Sandshrew .

Gregory's Sandshrew stays focus on the battle and uses Rollout and charge it towards Primeape . Brawly told Primeape to stand and use defense and it able to withstand the attack then it uses Seismic toss that made Sandshrew fainted in which mean Primeape win.

Gregory recalled Sandshrew back and called out his new pokemon , its Marowak . Brawly summons his new pokemon Machoke , another fighting type .

Machoke is a bipedal, humanoid Pokémon covered in gray skin. It has a vaguely reptilian face with a short snout, narrow red eyes, and four pointed teeth visible inside its mouth. Two of these teeth are in the upper jaw, while two are in the lower jaw. On top of its head are three, light brown ridges. Its arms are muscular with dark red, vertical stripes on them. It possesses large pectoral muscles that protrude slightly over its belt. The lower part of its body has black markings that resemble briefs. It is always seen wearing a black and golden power-save belt resembling a Championship belt that regulates Machoke's strength.

Machoke is a Pokémon of immense strength. Its muscles are as hard as steel, and it is capable of lifting extremely heavy objects with only one finger. In spite of this, it is modest and often helps people with manual labor. It can be found in the mountains, where it trains daily.

Machoke charges in and use Close combat and then Gregory ordered Marowak to use its bone as a shield by rolling it fast . Machoke punches and kicks just landed on the bone and don't hit Marowak at all . That move amazed us all watching the fight.

Marowak saw opportunity and it uses Bone rush to hit Machoke easily . Machoke charges again using Karate chop and Marowak charges to using Will o' wisp while rolling its bone fast . It able to dodge the karate chop and landed directly its attack to Machoke and dust bursted on the Arena leaving Machoke is fainted .

That means Gregory and Brawly are even with scores and this last pairing will determine the fight . They both recalled back their pokemon and summons theirs. Gregory is Nosepass while Brawly is Hitmonchan.

Hitmonchan is a tan, humanoid Pokémon that is exclusively male. There are five blunt protrusions on top of its head, and it has extensions resembling pads over its shoulders. It appears to be wearing a light purple tunic and kilt, as well as red boxing gloves and light purple boxing shoes. As this appearance suggests, Hitmonchan specializes in punching. It is able to throw punches too quick to be seen with the naked eye. By punching with a corkscrew motion, it is even capable of drilling through concrete. However, Hitmonchan requires a break every three minutes while fighting. Despite the need for frequent breaks, it has an unwavering spirit and will never give up in a difficult situation. Usually found in urban areas, it is rarely seen in the wild.

Hitmonchan launches as his trainer commanded him and throw vital punches to Nosepass but it doesn't dealt any effect because Nosepass was so hard that can't even feel any. It still continuously landed punches but Gregory order its Nosepass to use Body slam and the match just ended like that . Gregory claim the victory .!

The announcer proclaim Gregory as the winner and the crowd applause him for his performance . He went to Brawly and had a shake hands .

" Your two we're great out there !" I said.

" Thanks bro " Hiennrich replied.

" Thanks bro". Gregory replied.

" Your techniques we're just amazing , I hope we can do it later in our match ." Charm said.

" Totally you'll be able to do that too , because this man ( while pointing on me ) is a tactician ". Hiennrich said.

" Or you can do even more of that !" Gregory added.

I feel so embarrassed here I can't stay in this topic any longer so I spoke with Joe .

" Hey joe , Does Moss Deep has a representative here ?"

" Yes bj".

" Who is it ?? " I asked

" His name was Sven Stone , Steven Stone's little brother. He is a steel type trainer just like his elder brother." Joe said.

" Really ?? " I asked.

" He is a good tactician just like you . ( nahh !! here we go again! I said I don't want to be called like that . )

" Maybe his very good than me ." I added.

" I want to face him in battle !" Hiennrich said.

" You will , Because he joined the one on one match."

" It's more Exciting when I face him " Gregory added.

" Did you meet Steven Stone ?? " Charm asked .

" Yes, In many times because he always visit us in the gym . He is the Gym Leader there and we are his Students" Joe said.

" I wan to meet here someday !" Charm said while her faced was blushed .

" Your blushing .. Hahahaha " Hiennrich said .

" You have a crush on him , am I right ?? " Joe asked

" Yes ". It makes her face more blushed.

I heard that another match has been started and a trainer named Allan of Gilmore Island in Johto Region faces Kaito of Hoenn Region. The battle starts and I was into it.

Kaito summons Typhlosion while Allan called out Milotic. The Water type has the advantage but once fore type hidden ability is activated here the match will be even.

Typhlosion is a badger-like Pokémon with a bulky yet agile body. Typhlosion is classified as a quadruped, but it is capable of bipedal movement and is frequently depicted standing on its hind legs. When its mouth is open, it shows its thick tongue and sharp canines. It has a short snout and small eyes and ears. Typhlosion's face, underside, arms, and legs are a shade of cream, and its back is dark blue. On Typhlosion's rear, there is a spiky, coarse fringe of fur. Across the back of its neck, there are several red spots that produce fire in battle. Typhlosion will make anything go up in flames when angered, and generates shimmering heat from its body when it is ready for battle. Though it is rare in the wild, some can be found living on grasslands.

Typhlosion charges and use flamewheel and Milotic order to charges too with use Aqua Tail . Milotic stops the flamewheel by sweeping its tail through Tyhplosion but Typhlosion not done yet and use fire spin milotic dodge the attack.

Milotic launches and use water pulse that directly hit Typhlosion and endure a great damage . Typhlosion is now Paralyzed and it cannot move then Allan takes advantage and order its pokemon to use Aqua jet that hit Typhlosion and fainted.

Next pairing , was Allan Nidoqueen facing Kaito Heracross. Allan commanded Nidoqueen to use Poison pin that easily hit Heracross and it is now poisoned .

Kaito felt worry on his pokemon , but he still ordered his Heracross to use Horn Attack that hit also Nidoqueen and the effect of poison can be seen to Heracross current situation . Heracross attack again using Mega horn but it easily stop by Nidoqueen and Nidoqueen counter it with Power Lariat that knocked out Heracross.

The crowd roars on excitement and Allan is proclaim the winner in a 2-0 result against Kaito .
