Biggest joke

Mr. Lewis noticed Ava standing at the entryway of the hall and walked towards her. 

" Ava…What are you doing here! Instead of coming inside" Mr. Lewis asked her. 

" Hmmm…I came to give this gift to Mr. Richards. But the security was not allowing me to enter as I had no invitation with me. They were not allowed me without invitation " she explained.

" It's okay. You can come inside with me " he said and take her inside along with him. While walking inside, she looked around the decoration of the party with bewilderment. It was the first time for her to see the wealthy family party. All the guests looked so rich in their attires. 

" Go and greet the couple…." Mr. Lewis' words bring her to reality.

" No….no … I am here to meet Mr. Cameron Richards but not Senior Richards. I came here as Mr.Cameron assigned work to buy gifts for his parent" she said about the purpose of her visit.

" Oh my god! I don't know when this young man will get the right sense in his brain! " He muttered under his breath. But Ava heard his words and thought, " Not in this life…"

Mr. Lewis looked around as if he was searching for Cameron and indicated with his finger to her. Ava thanked him and walked in that direction.

" What is the problem of getting married to her? She has been close to you since our childhood. Not only that, you believe in relationships" Cameron asked his brother.

" I believe in relationships but I think of her as only a friend but not as my life partner. We can only be friend" Kevin said of his decision.

" Is this because of that bitch who ditched you for another rich man! I don't know why you still give damn importance to that person " Cameron questioned him seriously.

" You have no right to talk about my love nor my Daisy. Better you stay out of this matter. If you again talk something stupid about her. It will be the last time I am talking to you, " Kevin said angrily.

Cameron was hurt by his words. He loves his brother so much and wants him to stay happily.   " So ….She is more important to you than me! Huh! " Cameron asked him with a sad face.

 " Cam… please leave this matter. You can only understand my feelings when you fall in love with someone special…." Kevin said, looking at him.

" Me and love! Huh! " He laughed as his brother cracked a joke.  " Oh my goodness! This is the biggest joke I have ever heard in my life." He continued laughing. "  I don't do love , I only fuck girls. I never attached strings with any woman, " he stated.

" Stop laughing, Cam…." Kevin yelled at him.

" It's a waste of time to discuss this kind of topic with a playboy like you. You cannot understand the pain in my heart… " he said angrily and was supposed to leave from that place. But Cameron stopped him by gripping his elbow.

" Yes, I am a playboy. I chase after every woman's skirts. But I care for my brother and his happiness. I cannot see you suffering, " he said sincerely. 

Kevin's  heart softened when he spoke in that way and said, " I wish you will get a special girl who will change you like a complete gentleman. And also makes you fall in head over heels in love with her " 

" Then your wish will never be fulfilled…." Cameron retorted.

" Let's see Mr. Playboy, our life is unpredictable. We don't know when we fall in love ...." Kevin stopped in middle when he saw a young woman standing behind with a angry face.

" Cam…. I think…your date came here searching for you…." Kevin said.

" No…. I am not his date. .. I am here on my work, Mr. Cameron Richards" Ava replied who was standing behind Cameron. Instantly Cameron turned towards her on hearing her voice.
