hope you don't mind.)

Young Percy sighed before opening the big door. he had difficulty opening it since it was kind of hard to do.

Percy looked around the room and saw a broken-down building with pillars. something in his gut didn't feel right and his ADHD was slowly kicking in.

he walked forward and seconds later a huge beast came down and squashed him with a giant hammer.

Percy woke up screaming as he looked around. he was back at the bonfire that he rested at.

Percy began patting his body making sure everything was still there. head, check. arms, check. legs, check.

Percy let out a sigh of relief and lay on the floor. he tried to get a bearing of his surroundings and sighed.

Percy entered the door again but this time looked around first. looking at the building it wouldn't collapse if the pillars were destroyed, so he scanned the walls.

in the corner of the room, he saw a door. Percy ran through just in time to dodge the big ugly demon falling.

"loser" Percy blew a raspberry.

Percy walked forward again and rested at the bonfire again. when he did that he walked to the only exit to this dark room.

almost immediately he saw an arrow flying at him and rolled to dodge.

he hid in a pocket room to the left and grabbed another soul item, a cracked round shield, and put it on his arm.

Percy had to dodge another arrow and then he jogged forward towards another soul orb.

(I'd call them soul orbs)

this time it was a proper weapon, a hand axe. surprisingly it felt...balanced. he could two-hand the axe, or he could go shield and axe.

Percy sighed before walking up the stairs. he heard the sound of rolling and instinctively rolled to the right. he fell down another flight of stairs and hit his head on the wall.

when Percy Opened his eyes and got his bearings he looked up and saw the metal gate from earlier and opened it.

he opened the gate and rested at the first bonfire. once he rested he went back up the stairs and found a new entrance that wasn't there before.

Percy assumed it was the ball falling that made the hole. Percy entered and when he felt the water on his feet he felt instantly refreshed and stronger.

"...oh, you... your no hollow, eh?...thank goodness... I'm done for, I'm afraid... I'll die soon, then lose my sanity... I wish to ask something of you... you and I, we're both undead... hear me out, will you?" the man who once rescued me from my cell said.

I nod my head yes. he saved me so it was only fair I hear him out.

"regrettably I have failed in my mission... but perhaps you can keep the torch kit... there is an old saying in my family... thou who art undead, art chosen... in thine exodus from the undead asylum, maketh pilgrimage to the land of ancient lords...

when thou ringeth the bell of awakening, the fate of the undead thou shalt know.... well now you know... and I can die with hope in my heart... oh one more thing... here take this. an estus flask, an undead favorite.. oh, and this... now I must bid farewell... I would hate to harm you after death... so go now... and...thank you" the man said...

he gave me a flask called an estus flask and an undead asylum F2 east key.

when I walked away I heard the sound of souls being added to my collection.

'I will make sure they remember you...' young Percy thought.

he went up the stairs and killed the undead that rolled the ball that made me roll off the stairs.

little did young Percy know he had blood coming down his eyes. he may have not known him for long... but he was a friend... who freed him from his cell.

he opened the locked gate and made his way forward.

Percy got another soul item and picked up "pyromancy flame". with it, he was now allowed to throw fireballs.

he found a fog gate and another doorway. he made his way to the doorway first and found a shield undead.

Percy raised his shield and baited an attack before stabbing them in the back.

he walked back to the fog gate and entered. he found himself back in the demons room and he found a health bar.

Percy fell down and shoved his axe in the demon's face. it did a good chunk of damage before he threw some fireballs at the demon killing him.

he had to roll to dodge a sweeping attack, he would have died if his instinct didn't tell him.

I got 2 thousand souls and a big pilgrim key.

I walked up the stairs and saw mountains surrounding us.

"I'm free," Percy said in his head before a big bird just swooped in and carried him. it dropped him in a different place and when he landed he saw two words.

[firelink shrine]

I rested at the bonfire and now I could level up. something I found interesting, did it work like a video game did?

I put two points into strength and one into dexterity. I did feel a bit stronger but not by much.

I did what any good undead does... explore.

I found 6 fire bombs that will be helpful later, I put them in the "inventory" that helped store extensive stuff I had.

I found a graveyard after finding some souls of lost undead. when I entered I found a reanimated skeleton.

they began repairing themselves and I managed to kill one, but the other parried me and shoved his sword in my chest.

[you died]

I closed my eyes and woke up at the bonfire... this will take time to get used to...

I sighed before making my way back to the graveyard. I saw the green mist that said [recover your souls]

I touched it and got the 394 souls that I originally had.

a man was sitting by the tree but he seemed... passive compared to what I have seen so I left him alone.

I went to the path and saw a woman in a cage of sorts. [no response she cannot see]

I walked downwards again and saw a circular platform with chains on it. when I stepped on the middle of the platform and descended...
