Doflamingo?!

After introducing and getting to know each other, Alex told Monet to talk to him in private as he had something to tell her. Monet did not know what Alex wants with her since she was just a person living on this island. She also did not think that Alex liked her because she does not think that she is attractive enough to be noticed by Alex. 'I should not get my hopes up. I should just see what he wants to tell me.' said Monet in her mind as she followed Alex to a quiet place.

When they got to the place, Alex who was curious about Monet and Sugar asked about them. "So you and Sugar have been living here all your lives?" Monet was flustered at that question but replied "Yeah, we have been living here alone since our parents are long gone already." Alex nodded and said "How did you notice us a while ago? We have hidden ourselves so that you will not notice us but you still did. How did you do it?" Monet smiled sadly and replied "Well, if you are living in this hellhole for long enough, you would start to pick up some skills that would be essential for you and your companions or in my case, my sister. We learned that we should be vigilant at all times and we have to learn how to read the people we see in the island. This was before this island turned into a dump for corpses. This island used to be home to a lot of people and villages that were just living their lives peacefully. Then, some filthy Nobles visited our island to rest and was unsatisfied. So, he ordered his men to lay waste on this island because it was useless to keep such island. The men did as they were told and killed everyone in the island and just left their corpses to rot on the roads and did not bury them. It was hell because the rest of us that escaped did not know what to do next. People started looting and killing just for food and Sugar and I learned how to fend for ourselves since our parents were not coming back. I did not tell Sugar this since she was still a kid but in the future I will tell her." Alex was sad at Monet's story and angry at the World Nobles because they did not care about the lives of the people. Alex closed his eyes and clenched his fists as he imagined him destroying the World Government and killing the World Nobles to usher a new era without slavery. "Monet, would you like to join me?" asked Alex as Monet was surprised at his question and she also asked "Join you where?" Alex looked at the sky and said, "To destroy the World Nobles and bring the slavery system down and to change the whole world." Monet was shocked at his ambitions as she said "What a bold declaration, but something tells me if it is you then you can achieve it. Okay, my sister and I will be in your care from now on. We trust that you will bring to an end the world and create a new one."

Alex smiled and was about to say something when he heard a loud boom from far away. "Doesn't that look like the jolly roger of the Donquixote Pirates? Looks like Law would be excited to finally get his revenge. Monet, since you and your sister are already in the crew, pack up your things and leave the island with Fraulein he would take you to the ship so that you both are safe. A battle will happen here and you might get hurt." said Alex as he and Monet went back to the house to tell everyone the news. "What?! Doflamingo is here! Alex let me battle him. I need to make that bastard pay for what he did." said Law with an angry expression as Alex nodded and said "Be careful though, this Doflamingo seems like a tricky guy to deal with." and told Fraulein and Lafitte to escort the sisters to their ship and to tell Petronia and Braga to ready the ship for battle. "Alright Franco, Robin, and Van Augur, our role here is to support Law so we should keep away Doflamingo's lackeys from their fight." said Alex as he gave out the roles and Franco asked "Captain, what about when Law is in trouble? From what I have heard, this Doflamingo is not a normal person." Alex nodded and said "Yeah, he really isn't a normal person since he ate a devil fruit. Well, when it comes to that I will save Law because I don't want to lose my doctor and a friend." the crew nodded and started to go to where they saw the jolly roger of the Donquixote Pirates.

At an open field in the island, Law came and saw Doflamingo and his crew who just got down from their ship as he shouted "Doflamingo!" Doflamingo's crew looked at to where the shout came from. When they saw Law, they all had different expressions. Some were angry, while some were surprised and there was a girl who was looking at Law with admiration and hearts in her eyes. Just when someone from the crew was about to respond, a man who was wearing red shades and a pink outfit came out and said "Law! It is nice seeing you here. Are you going to beg on your knees to join our crew again?" Law shouted back "No! Who wants to rejoin your crew? I am here to get my revenge on you so be ready. And for your information, I already joined a crew." when Law said that Alex, Franco, Robin, and Van Augur got out of the forest and looked at the Donquixote Pirates as they readied themselves for a battle against them. "It seems this is Law's old crew. They look like so-so guys. Don't worry Law, just focus on Doflamingo and we'll hold the rest off." said Alex as he stood beside Law. Franco and Robin went beside Alex and Van Augur went up on a tree to get a good vantage point. "Thank you captain." said Law and Alex nodded. "Doflamingo came here you bastard!" shouted Law as he charged towards Doflamingo with Alex and the group following behind him.
