Chapter 4: Blood Wolf Pirates

Vaughan's face instantly and his heart raging with anger. 

He could endure Harry's various disgusting antics on normal occasions. 

But he couldn't accept that Harry was still playing petty tricks when facing a critical situation like a pirate invasion. 

Vaughan's face turned livid as he rebuked, "Harry! What exactly do you mean by this?"

Harry replied indifferently, "Nothing much, I just want to say that someone without the rightful strength shouldn't be sitting in positions they shouldn't." 

"You see, most Marine soldiers understand this principle." 

A hint of killing intent flashed in Harry's eyes, and his words were full of threatening implications.

However, at this moment, the pirate ship was getting closer and closer. 

They could even clearly see the blood-red wolf head flag fluttering in the wind on the mast, with the crimson mark on the wolf head seemingly painted with blood. 

"This is... the flag of the Blood Wolf Pirates. The Blood Wolf is here!"

Harry looked faintly at the questioner, an intense killing intent emanating from him. "What? My words aren't effective anymore?"

"No! No!" The follower was instantly drenched in cold sweat, not daring to say another word. 

Harry's face flickered with uncertainty. He didn't know if he was doing the right thing by taking it this far. 

But he was clear that if he didn't take this step, he would have no way out. 

Only with Vaughan dead did he have a chance to become the head of the Marine branch. 

The sudden attack of the Blood Wolf, combined with the majority of the Marine soldiers not taking action, was all to ensure that Vaughan would die in this battle. 

Once Vaughan was dead, the Blood Wolf would surely be injured, allowing Harry to kill him, demonstrate his strength, and solidify his reputation.

"Lieutenant Commander Harry, is this true?"

"What is true? What is false? Now that pirates are attacking, you doubt me, a fellow Marine, because of the pirates' words?" 

"If I said everything the Blood Wolf said was false, would you believe me?" 

Vaughan said in a low voice, "I would, as long as you and I work together to resist the Blood Wolf Pirates, I can act as if nothing happened."

Just as Harry was about to reply, the Blood Wolf's arrogant words came again. 

"Lieutenant Commander Harry, if you don't take action now, I'll leave." Harry's face changed, and he said coldly, 

"I'm not getting involved this time!" 

"Harry!" Vaughan looked shocked, his eyes full of disbelief. "You're colluding with pirates!"

Harry didn't mince words and interrupted, 

"Captain Vaughan, speaking requires evidence. Which eye of yours saw me colluding with pirates?" 

"When the report is written after the battle, it will only say that Captain Vaughan died in an attack by the Blood Wolf Pirates" 

"While Lieutenant Commander Harry led the Marines to successfully repel the Blood Wolf Pirates."

"You..." Vaughan was furious, wishing he could kill Harry right then and there if the Blood Wolf Pirates weren't right in front of them. 

The Blood Wolf looked at the chaotic scene among the Marine soldiers on the shore, showing a smug smile. 

Harry used him as a pawn, and he was also using Harry as a pawn.

If he were to face Harry and Vaughan alone, there would be almost no chance of winning. 

But now, things were different. 

Squall Island was relatively wealthy among the surrounding islands, and the Blood Wolf had been eyeing it for a long time.

When the time comes, first deal with Vaughan. 

Even if Harry is ready to play dirty, it will depend on who has the stronger hand. The Blood Wolf doesn't think he'll lose! The situation is clear now. 

Harry and the Blood Wolf are teaming up to get rid of Vaughan. The gap in strength between the two sides is too great.
