Yharnam is the home of blood ministration. A mythical city that graces the ears of the sick and weary, offering the desperate with one last shred of hope as they chase this elusive legend to the ends of the earth. A final path to escape the cold clutches of death with the use of its famous healing blood.
For decades, the hopelessly ill have journeyed far into the world in search of this magical concoction. The legend goes that this miraculous blood could cure any illness, mend any wound, and even cleanse the mind.
A legend that is too good to be true.
The city has fallen. The scourge of beast had washed over its people, turning them into ravenous creatures who seek the warm embrace of fresh blood. Beneath a pale blood sky, a mysterious hunter had conquered the night and put an end to the nightmare, laying unspeakable horrors to rest. The Hunt was finally over.
Or so it seemed.
He arrived soon after crimson moon had vanished. In the wake of the never-ending night, a mysterious man now roams the desolate streets and slaughters any beast that crosses his path. An enigmatic figure wandering through the dark, it seems Yharnam hasn't succumbed to despair just yet.
A lone hunter that has yet to lose his fight.
But who is he? Where did this man come from? What was the journey that led him to the famed city?

Bloodborne: Shadow of the Moon is a fanfic-novel set within the Bloodborne Universe. Subsequently, the novel takes place within The World of Yharnam, a Discord Roleplay set within the previously mentioned universe.

SCHEDULE/UPDATES
As of November 29th, 2023, a schedule has been set and I will do my best to stick to it. For real this time:
A new chapter will release every Tuesday.
The first three chapters from the original serialization will be available to read once again. They'll be contained in a legacy volume along with any other drafts that may get scrapped. Meanwhile, the *real* chapters will be rewritten from the ground up as I'm unhappy with how they turned out.
Quality over quantity is what I strive for, and I hope that readers can join me on this journey of improvement. I'd very much like to polish and refine my skills as a semi-professional writer.
