Previous Day

'The day I thought of being the hokage is the worst day in my life.' The Third Hokage thought to himself. 'Watching Danzo being jealous was worth it for only few days... And now I can't get rid of so much paperwork.'

The Hokage thought to himself watching the long pile of paperwork. The hidden Anbu were busy playing poker and ignoring Hokage's daily regret time drama. A knock was heard and the Hokage prepared himself to do his kindly grandfatherly act knowing that it was Iruka. And with a smile in his face he said " Come in." After that he saw Iruka entering.

"So Iruka, How is your health?" " Hokage sama I am doing much better. But thanks for your asking." Iruka replied with a respectful nod." Hokage sama I have come here to change my recomendation on team 7." Seeing the gesture to continue he said," If it was me from a week ago i wouldn't have said anything about it but now I think Team 7 is only a recipe for disaster. As you already know Naruto is trying to change himself and he lost his interest on his crush. Also the fact that Sakura hates Naruto will make a very bad team.And you already know about Sasuke."

The Hokage took a puff of smoke and asked, "Hmm, your words are true but if you are here so did you thought of a solution?" " Yes Hokage sama, as you know Naruto has awakened his sensing skill and putting him with Team 8 swapping Kiba with him." He said and waited for the Hokage to talk.

After a second of thinking the Hokage replied," That might be a good idea but Kakashi specialy asked for Naruto on his team." " Hokage sama with all due respect i have to say even if he is a great shinobi he is not anyway an ideal person to be a teacher. His lazy attitute is the proof of it." Iruka hurriedly explained. " I will take your words into consideration and ask Kuranai about it. You may go now."with that Iruka left the Hokage building leaving a brooding Hokage.

Back to present time

" Team 7 Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha and KIba Inuzuka..." He was not able to finish saying that before the entire class of fangirls started to shout in protest and Sakura's loud cheering. Seeing the situation Iruka sighed in relief knowing that Naruto wouldn't have to suffer in this team.

" With Jonin Kakashi Hatake. Team 8 will be HInata Hyuga, Shino Aburame and Naruto uzumaki with Jonin Kuranai Yuhi." Hearing the team selection Naruto was surprised but not shocked. He was shouting in joy in his mind not seeing Hinata fainting. " And that is what we call a butterfly effect." Kurama said with a smile happy that his host was able to avoide a disaster. Naruto didn't bothered to hear about other team and started to walk toward his other two team members after Iruka left.

" Hello as you already know, my name is Naruto Uzumaki. It's nice to meet you. Let's do our best as a team." Shino was mostly surprised to know that someone like Naruto even noticed him. He is undoubtedly the most quite student and Naruto is the total opposite of each other.

"It's good to meet you to Uzumaki san. And I also hope to get alone. Because we are a team now and it is something expected of us." Shino said in his usual voice.

" It It s nice to to mee me meet you." Came Hinata's reply with a lot of stutter and red face after she woke up. With a big smile Naruto said," Hinata Shino let's have our lunch together."

It was lunch time before their teacher comes. So at Naruto's insistance all three of them reached Ichiraku to eat ramen." I am telling you the ramen in there is the best in the world." Hearing Naruto's bragging Shino was curious and Hinata was just happy to eat with Naruto. It is also a fact that she is very glad that Naruto is in her team. ' I just hope I don't dissappoint him.' With different thoughts in their mind all three of them reached the store in no time.

Upon entering the shop the saw a middle aged man and teenager working. " Welcome to our ramen shop. What would you like to have?" Greeting with a big smile also made it more welcoming.

"Oh Naruto! you are not here for almost a week. How have you been? Ayame was really worried about you." Hearinng that Naruto smilled. " I was training under Iruka sensei for the past week. And don't worry I am going to be regular again." Besides eating few bowls ramen everyday is ok in his book comepare to eating only ramen everyday three times on his meals.

" Besides that these are my team mates Hinata Hyuga and Shino Aburame." He introduced them one by one. " Your all welcome. Have a seat and order anything. Today is on the house because you are Naruto's friends." Teuchi said with his usual smile. " I'll take miso." " Pork." " The usual with three bowls." Came one after another reply from all three of them. " Coming right up." with that Teuchi started preparing ramen.

" So who is your sensei?" Asked Ayame after coming to meet them. " Iruka sensei said her name... Kurenai Yuhi." Naruto said almost forgetting about his new sensei's name while eating his ramen in hurry. Seeing Naruto's state Ayame just smiled and Hinata just giggle. Though that didn't missed Ayame's eye. " Well I heard about her. She is known as Konoha's genjutsu mistress.She can also be called the most powerful genjutsu user." Hearing that all three students showed their happy face.

They ate ramen and talked with both Teuchi and Ayame. Even the ever stoic Shino was enjoying his time eatiing there.

After eating food when Naruto and his two team members were on their back to the academy Shino asked," Naruto you seem very familliar with them." Senseing that no one near them or watching them" When I was kicked out of the orphanage and trying to find shelter and food they were the one to helped me." naruto said. Hearing that both Hinata and Shino were shocked.

Shino calmed himself quickly and asked two questions which was in both of their mind." Why they kicked you out from the orphanage? And how old were you when that happened?" " I didn't knew the reason myself that time and I was four at that time." This time even Shino was shocked and Hinata got tear in her eyes.

Seeing that he hurriedly changed the topic. " Hey hey don't dwell in the past I am fine now as you can see." After a moment Shino said," You said you didn't knew the reason, Do you know that now?" Seeing that Shino easily caught what he said Naruto smiled," I only found out about it a week ago I will tell you both about it with sensei. Even though she probably knows it already." Shino looked at me then nodded and Hinata just looked at him with concern.

All three of them didn't talk much after that. After sometime they came back to the academy. Naruto started few conversations to remove the awkward atmosphere and after few moments they went back their normal self.

After sometime all the students arrived and also Some jonin teachers. Naruto clearly recognise Kuranai from his memory. "Team 8 follow me." With that team 8 started to follow her.

' From now on the future will be unpredictable.' Naruto thought to himself all the while following his new sensei.
