The Wheel

"So I died?" I asked the ROB floating in-front of me.

" Spin the wheel. " He responded.

"How did it happen?" Seeing as he ignored my first one, I asked another question.

" Spin the wheel. " He responded again.

"How did my mom react?" I asked, hoping he would answer any of my questions.

" Spin the wheel. " He responded again, not loosing the impassive tone of his voice.

"Will I be reincarnated." Asking another question, knowing full well that he wont answer.

"Not If you don't spin the wheel in the next 4 minutes 42 seconds and 32 milliseconds." He responded, much to my surprise.

" So... spin the wheel. " He finished.

It took me almost a full 3 seconds to process what he just said.

"Wh-What!? What do you mean it depends? why only 4 minutes?!" I asked rapidly, feeling a since of urgency.

After a few seconds of uncomfortable scilence, he just smirked.

" Spin the wheel. " He said, his smirk widening. " 3 minutes 50 seconds 05 milliseconds."

My eyes go wide as I rush passed the ROB, straight to the wheel.

It was a huge wheel filled with an innumerable amount of question marks.

Grabbing it's side and pulling it down with all the streanth I can muster, I watch as it moves rapidly.

As seconds passed with nothing but the rattling of the wheel in the background, I slowly pale as the wheel isn't slowing down.

'Shit!! Why did I spin it so hard!!' I internally screamed.

" Spin the wheel. " I heard creepily close to my ear.

Whipping my head to my side, looking straight into the blank eyes of the ROB.

" Spin the wheel. " He said again, pointing to the infinite rows of wheels

Panicking, I run to every wheel I can find, spinning them with a weak amount of force.

During mu 20th wheel, I was suddenly struck with a question.

'Are these wheels really for my benefit?' As the thought passed through my mind, the ROB that that was just watching me pace around in amusement, spoke up.

"Took you long enough." He said with an amused voice.

Walking up to me, he put his hand on my shoulder as he points behind him the the first wheel I spun.

" Nice spin." He whispered into my ear as the wheel stopped spinning.

*Tack**Tack**Tack*

Somehow all the other wheels also start slowing down.

*Tack**Tack*

As it comes to a stop, my mind is racing a wile a minute. What is going on? What do the wheels do? Why was in such a rush? Why were they all in sync? Is this bad?

*Tack*

And it stopped.

*Tack*

And another stopped.

*Tack*

And another, and another, and another, and anoth-

"Alright, seems about right." The ROB abruptly said, pushing me to the first wheel.

"Hmmmnn... Let's see, Oh! Your quite the lucky one." He said sounding surprised. "It seems you managed to get a 1300 points."

'Points?' I thought confused.

As we moved from one wheel to another, he said I either got points or lost points.

And so on.

In the end he said I had a total of 1867 points. What for? I still don't know, ROB hasn't told me yet. He just keeps commenting on when I get a high score or low score. I just hope I didn't mess up by spinning so many wheels.

One thing I notices is that after the 1st wheel, all the other ones were worth was less, and the likely hood to get negative points was higher

*Snap!!*

Snapping his fingers, ROB made a translucent system like screen appear infront of me.

"You can take it from, just buy your perks and life conditions." He said offhandedly.

'I think I understand what's happening.' I thought feeling a bit exited.

"What type of worl-" looking up to ask the ROB a question about the world I'm going to, only to find myself alone, floating in a white void.

*Sigh* "Fan-f*cking tastic."

Looking back down at the screen, I start scrolling.
