(POV Yu Takeyama)

"Hey, Yu, that little is your brother right?" A lady asked the women next to her,

"What?" Yu Takeyama was still thinking about a crime from earlier when her friend called out to her, looking over to where she was pointing she noticed a familiar figure walking past the store they were shopping in.

"Shina Etsuha!" She shouted before storming out the shop.

"Fuck!" The boy now known as Shina Etsuha cursed, Seeing his sister, Etsuha hurriedly hid the newly bought manga Akame ga Kill in his backpack, and then squeezed out a reluctant smile "Sup... I was just, uhm... Sorry!"

He couldn't tell the reason for his absenteeism. He couldn't say it's for my own quirk, since he isn't supposed to have one.

Etsuha calculated that if he wanted to extract the strength ability of Saitama he would first have to write 'One Punch Man' then get it so popular that everyone on earth would have to know what it is which he knew wasn't going to happen.

At the moment, the popularity he has accumulated from drawing the manga Akame ga kill is enough to get a pretty powerful ability, he was actually just heading home to extract it, he was pretty exited since its a good power and it will be the only power he will have for the rest of his life

"Etsuha!" Yu Takeyama picked him up "Shouldn't you be in class? Why are you here!" she shouted

"I took a leave" he squeaks out before explaining he took a sick leave but he was just skipping class to extract his ability of choice from the manga he wrote.

"Really? So instead of going home you go to a manga store?" She asked while staring at him.

"Uh… the manga I drew is on sale, so I decided to buy a souvenir" Etsuha said, he was actually going to go home to extract an ability from a copy of the manga he has, but his home was too far so he decided to head to a close manga store, he just didn't think he would run into his sister here.

Yu just sighed before saying, "Fine even if you do well at school skipping isn't a good thing"

"Yes ma'am Ill head back right now" Etsuha said before turning around to get back to school.

"Head back quickly!" She shouted as Etsuha ran back to school, wondering how he would explain why he came back when he is supposed to be sick.

"Wow never thought you would be the type to spoil someone" A lady stated, "Shut up" Yu muttered before turning around and looking for her friends.

(POV Shina Etsuha)

"Its finally time" Etsuha sighed before taking out his manga from his backpack, Etsuha was in an alley planning to extract a ability

Opening the manga, a series of characters quickly appeared in his field of vision. He could even touch the characters, looking at the characters he starts going through them one by one.

"Tatsumi? Not for me…"

"Akame? Also not for me, I don't even know how to use a sword nor do I think I would get her sword"

"The Emperor? Does he even have powers?" He muttered

"…Found it, Esdeath, pretty versatile I can even freeze time with enough mastery pretty useful if you ask me"

he reached out to touch her figure just as he touch her with the intention of taking her powers she freezes before shattering, the shards fly into him before the surrounding temperature drops causing the ground to freeze.

The color of his hair fades before turning completely white and his black eyes turn a ocean blue.

He drops to his knees shivering from the extreme cold with a grin on his face, "Guess I need to get used to the cold" he mutters before standing up.

"This is gonna be fun".
