Ruthless Killing - A death like the rain!

Next day,

Daybreak

"Men!" an enchanted voice rang through the mountain as loud sirens deafened ears everywhere. "To the arms!"

Ryan, wielding his Heater Shield on his back and carrying the six Yautja Ceremonial Daggers on his waist, rushed toward the foot of the mountain along with others. A 1000 Troopers strong Company had been gathering there already.

And it comprised the oddest group of soldiers one could have ever expected.

500 wizards and witches were flying on broomsticks, dressed in battle uniforms, their faces hard on the sunny morning. 100 Centaurs, well-armored and equipped with the sharpest of spears, were pounding the earth with their hooves. 100 Goblins wielded the enchanted swords and hammers, their eyes oozing hatred and their tongues lusting for blood.

Then there was a platoon of Animagi, 100 strong, riding as many Hippogriffs as them. 10 medic wizards were assigned to all platoons, and 10 remained in reserve.

Ryan didn't need to join his Join Task Force anymore. He, too, grabbed a broomstick and joined the 500 flying troopers, all giving him odd looks as he joined the ranks.

When the Company had gathered, a tall, pretty witch with dark skin, brown eyes, and long, braided black hair glided up and faced the Company. Several medals were decorating her military uniform, and even her broom was a class higher than others.

A silence fell over the soldiers under her scrutinizing eyes.

Ryan recognized her easily enough.

Captain Angelina Johnson!

Only last night, the respective platoon leaders had briefed the soldiers and their strategy to deal with the enemy. They had also given the soldiers a map, in which they had marked checkpoints.

The Companies wouldn't reach the destination before nightfall, and they would be divided into several camps as well. With each camp using charms to hide its location as a precaution against ambush, without the maps, it would become difficult to locate other camps in need.

It was a well-thought-out plan, and Ryan agreed, feeling the crisp map pressed against his chest.

It was then Captain Angelina put the tip of her wand against her throat and bellowed, "For the Dark Lord!"

"For the Dark Lord!" the wizards roared.

"For the Dark Lord!" the Goblins thundered.

"For the Dark Lord!" the Centaurs pounded the earth harder, rearing on their hind legs.

"For the Dark Lord!!!" the Company sang murderously, and flew off, the earth shaking under their feet.

The Company from Eternal Snow Army had already arrived and had stationed itself outside the mountainous terrain, where they will join the Death Eaters' Company.

As the cold, salty wind hammered them, the soldiers tore through the valley, the castle becoming a blurry point behind them.

"Ryan!" a girlish voice arrived over the wind's slapping noise. "Here!"

Ryan turned his face left and found Greta gliding toward him, her curves looking enchanted by the most sultry spells. "Hello," he replied, his ears going red.

"Look, there they are!" Greta shouted, pointing at the ground.

Ryan's pupils shook as he gawked at the tiny men, their battle cries reaching him from the ground to the sky.

Large banners fluttered from back to front, the armors and crests changing along with them.

"Those men are from Vale!" Greta cried, closing more toward Ryan. "300 knights! Woah!"

Sure enough, there were 300 knights from different houses, neatly armored and horsed. Along with them were 100 men of the Night's Watch, 100 men from the Free Folk, 200 Unsullied, and 200 Dothrakis, hurling their arakhs as they saw the Death Eaters' Army flying overhead.

Then their eyes landed on the front of the Company.

Roar!!!

"Merlin's beard…" Greta's eyes widened.

Even Ryan's grip on the broom tightened.

A 100 Wights, dead and armored, were marching at the front, an icy fog lingering around them. The sunlight seemed to not affect their already clumsy walk.

And at the very front of this Company, there was a pale green dragon, flying at a height that rivaled the wizards on their broomsticks. Over 12 ft tall, the dragon looked slim and quick, roaring at the sight of the flying Hippogriffs.

But if that was all, then it wouldn't have been too shocking.

The dragon was just a ride, and it was the Captain who rode it that mattered.

Tall and gaunt, with flesh as pale as milk, the White Walker was looking back at them with his blue eyes that seemed burning like ice.

Captain Frostreaper was wearing a reflective, camouflaging armor that shifted in color with every flutter of the dragon's wings. He was wielding a thin crystal sword, made up of ice. However, all knew it was not normal ice, and only the Valyrian swords could counter the sharpness of these crystal swords, nothing else.

Captain Angelina flew toward Captain Frostreaper, and they exchanged a few words between them.

Captain Frostreaper then looked at his Company and opened his mouth. A shriek, as if several animals were getting butchered at an icy tundra, trembled the very soul of the listeners.

All men, even the dead ones, thundered together in response, shaking the world, "For the Lord of Night!!!"

For the Lord of Night!

For the Lord of Night…

The words echoed against the mountains before fading away into the wind.

And Ryan observed it all, gliding high on his broom, a thin, unnoticeable smile curling the corners of his lips.

*

By the time night approached, the Captains had divided the two Companies into 10 camps, with 200 soldiers each.

9 camps had stationed themselves in the outskirts of the enemy's last-known location, surrounding a semicircle of a 10 km radius. The river, running south of this location, was prowled by Water Pokemon, and they had reported no enemy sightings in the last two days. This meant that the target was still here, most probably hiding in some cave.

The camp of Wights, led by Captain Frostreaper himself, had gone inside the scrublands, for the night was theirs to rule and they feared nothing in it.

The rest had camped themselves, well-fed and ready to march in the land at the faintest hint of light in the morning.

In one of such camps, invisible from the outside because of the charms, was Ryan, sleeping soundlessly. Their tents looked small, but all were as big as a house inside, giving ample room for all soldiers.

There were 20 tents, each with 10 soldiers. Three wizards, with their wands out, were patrolling the grounds, along with two Dothraki soldiers and two Centaurs.

It was then Ryan's eyes snapped open, glowing hazel.

He slid out of his bed, his ears ringing with the snores of knights and wizards. 6 razor-sharp daggers noiselessly glided around him. Because of the increase in his Advance Telekinesis' Proficiency, Kai's range of controlling solid objects had already reached 20 meters. Not only that but Kai could also control many solid forms now with equal mastery.

The wind rustled outside, and from the gap in the tent's entrance, he could see the light of the torches, rippling like live shadows.

Kai's breath misted as he neared one of his fellow soldiers, crawling inch by inch on the tips of his fingers and toes, making absolutely no sound. It was as if he wasn't there at all, his presence gone.

When he arrived near the bed, his eyes shone. The snoring mouth of the wizard snapped close as Kai used Telekinesis.

Squelch!

The dagger entered the wizard's head like a hot metallic string into butter. The wizard trembled, hoping direly to scream, but his mouth refused to open.

And then he was dead.

Kai was expressionless, his eyes dead and cold. The dagger slid out of the wizard's head, bloody and covered in brain juices.

Kai crawled toward another man, still walking on the tips of his fingers and toes, slithering from side to side.

Squelch!

Squelch!!

Squelch!!!

Two men and one Goblin died simultaneously, the absurdly sharp daggers sliding in and out of their heads.

It was just the start. By the time the last squelch entered Kai's ears, the entire tent had become a zone of death, blood running down on the floor in streams.

Kai licked his lips.

The shield came to hover in front of him then. Kai put himself over it, pressing his chest against it, and floated just above the ground, the six daggers circling him with a life of their own.

And then he slowly glided out of the tent, melting into the shadows.

Outside, at the boundary of the camp, a wizard and a Dothraki soldier were patrolling side by side, one wielding the wand and one arakh.

"Can you conjure anything with it?" the dothraki asked, pointing at the wand. "Like a woman?"

The wizard frowned. "What do you mean?"

The dothraki smiled slyly. "I mean," he said, holding his dick, "can you get a head anytime you want?"

Disgusted, the wizard hurried a few steps ahead, the dothraki laughing behind him.

Suddenly, the dothraki soldier's eyes landed on the sky. "Hey, look!" he said, lifting his arakh toward the dark of the night. "Don't those two stars look like they are falling?"

The wizard's frown deepened. He looked up and instantly raised his wand.

Too late!

In the cloudless night, the daggers fell like two glittering raindrops, embedding themselves into the wizard and dothraki's head with the tiniest thudding sound.

A formless power then hurled their dead bodies out of the camp's enchanted encirclement.

Kai floated inches over the ground on his shield and then glided over to the next patrolling team of two wizards and one dothraki.

This bunch was much livelier, laughing and joking with each other.

For them, the rain fell not only from the sky but from the ground as well.

Three daggers dropped soundlessly with a speed that could rival the bullets for the naked eye. Three daggers rushed toward their throats with even more intensity, tearing the thin layer of dry earth beneath their feet.

"U…" the faintest breath escaped the dothraki, his eyes popping out as the daggers gor drunk on his blood. The wizards couldn't even do that much.

A shift of Kai's eyes sent them flying out of the camp's boundaries.

The Centaurs disliked dothraki no less than wizards, for the Eternal Snow Army had been trying to get them as their rides for ages.

Their hooves scratched at the rough grounds as they patrolled the camp in circles, their eyes hard and alert. They had no trust in wizards' magic. Not as much as others, at least.

Ryan walked up to them, shaking. "Col! Pike!" he cried, nearing the Centaurs.

"Why are you out of the tents so late?" Col, the Centaur asked, narrowing his eyes. Pike, another Centaur, crossed his arms, his legs ready to burst with strength.

Ryan's face was covered in dread, gaining a sickly pale color. "They… They…" he stuttered, pointing at the tent. "They are dead!"

"What?!" Col thundered, and then burst out in a run with Pike, giving no attention to Ryan.

Just as the two Centaurs rushed past Ryan, two daggers fell like raindrops.

Centaurs' animal instinct kicked in, making the daggers miss their heads, and they entered their shoulders. But before the magical creatures could shout out warnings, two more daggers shot toward them, cutting space like paper.

And these daggers had come from behind… a direction they had never expected or given any thought to.

The daggers entered the back of their head and slid out from the front.

Instant death!

The two Centaurs fell, but before they could hit the ground, Kai lifted their enormous bodies and pushed them outside the camp's encirclement as well.

Kai looked at the 9 tents and sensed the soldiers sleeping uncaring in them, dozens of torches flickering around them in a hideous mockery.

The shield flew toward Kai, and he stepped over it. Six long, silver raindrops bobbed up and down around him, rotating on their axis.

Kai couldn't help but let out a grin. But the grin couldn't quench the sinister thirst of his heart, either. So he raised his arms, stretching them as wide as he could, lifted his head, and laughed.

A noiseless laugh.

Hahaha! The wind laughed.

Hahaha! The blood mocked.

Hahaha! The night roared.

When Kai had let out his soundless, insane cackle, he suddenly went eerily quiet.

The shield took him to another tent, glided in like a wraith, and Kai eyed the ten soldiers in the darkness.

Directly in front of him, on a soft bed, was Greta, her enormous breasts rising and falling like tides.

The corners of Kai's mouth twitched as the shield brought him to the young witch.

She has been good to me, Kai remembered. Yes. Very good. Good enough to accept the mission of monitoring Ryan and eliminating him at the slightest doubt. Heh!

She deserved… quick death.

One dagger entered her throat, and another her head. Greta died in her sleep, dreaming about whatever had been making her smile.

The Blood Demon's carnage had just begun. And he must be quick about his business from hereon.

Yes, the Night was long…

… But there were still 8 camps for him to visit.
