The Ice Dragon

The blue moon was shining brightly, illuminating on the night sky that looked dark and daunting. There was a long river whose clear water reflected the light of the moon and the purplish-shining sky. The reflection of the moonlight made the river water appear to sparkle along the way. The moonlight around here appears brighter and so close than in other areas of the Mirac. The large round moon appears to be just above the end of the river that has not been seen its edge.

"Beautiful..... Why does the moon here look much bigger than the other place before?" asked Dan Oh curiously. It was the first time she had seen such a big moon.

"We will enter the Yeon kingdom area, the power owner of the water element crystal," prince Woon replied.

The man turned for a moment towards the earth girl who was walking beside him. Dan Oh always showed a passionate expression of excitement and admiration in her eyes. The light of her eyes seemed alive and shining beautifully. Her facial expression looked like a little girl who was always curious about many things. Unknowingly the girl's expression invited a smile on the prince's face.

Siera who was walking side by side with Gwi and was behind the two watched Woon's expression closely. From the side of her brother's side face, the princess realized that Woon had shown his smile again. The older sister couldn't help but smile as she watched her brother show the light of life on his face again.

The six groups were walking around the creek with the sparkling water. Woon and Dan Oh are in the front row followed by Siera and Gwi. The last lineup is Ryu and Key. Ryu was walking while putting his hands behind his head, casually walking by resting his head on both of his stocky hands.

"Yeon kingdom?" asked Dan Oh in response to the prince's explanation. The girl didn't notice the expression of tenderness that appeared on the prince's face as he looked at her. She was too focused on the amazing scenery that was in front of her.

" That's right Dan Oh, the power of the water element will be maximal when the moon shines brightly and is at a full state. That's why the kingdom of Yeon's country is the land closest to the moon." said Siera who was also aware of the excitement and twinkle of the eyes on Dan Oh's face. The high school girl nodded softly after listening to the princess' explanation.

" It seems that the shape of the moon's trajectory on this planet is not the same as the moon that surrounds the Earth. It turns out that there's a part of the planet that's closer and farther away from the moon, I've never heard of this on Earth" Dan Oh inner thoughts is wondering alone.

The group continued walking without saying a word anymore. They all want to enjoy the beautiful journey in the silence. Not long after, they found the end of the river that ended in a vast ocean lying in front of the six entourages. There were some white rocks that looked like they were covered in snow and towering over the ocean.

The night sky above the ocean is filled with auroras that appear to shine brightly in rainbow colors. Occasionally the aurora light changes color and makes the color reflection on the surface of the sea water change according to the swift in the aurora above it. Starlight filled the sky like a state in space, while the moon was partially visible over the ocean making it look like it was sinking slightly at the top of the ocean.

"We've arrived," Woon said briefly stopping the steps of the group that followed behind him.

"Where are we arrived? Where's the cave?" asked Dan Oh confusedly. The girl raised her right hand above her eyes to look towards the vast expanse of seawater that looked so far and wide in front of her.

" In the middle of the sea out there" the prince raised his hand and pointed to the middle of the ocean.

"I don't see anything like the land or the cave out there" the girl turned to Woon and pointed in the direction indicated by the prince.

"Of course you can't see anything... Remember he lives in an invisible cave," Woon explained in a soft tone. It is very unusual for the man to respond on Dan Oh's babble with this kind of tenderness, usually the man will immediately get angry or feel annoyed with her ingenuity. Dan Oh turned her head towards the prince with a face full of question marks, but Woon only showed his smile to her.

"But Woon... How do we get there? All the way there is just water," Siera said.

"I don't know, sister... But we have to find a way," Woon replied as he looked around, trying to find something that could be used as an alternative way to get to the cave.

"What's that?" said Key suddenly as she surveyed the ocean before her.

All the other members followed Key's direction and found two red lights burning among the air above the ocean. The red light seemed perfectly round like a pair of eyes observing the six young men and women who were standing on the edge of the ocean.

Suddenly there is a bigger light appeared again. The light was reddish orange and appeared under the both red lights earlier. But in contrast to the round red light whose size does not change, the size of the reddish orange light appears to be getting bigger and closer. The light shot towards Hwon's royal entourage at cannon speed.

"it's a fireball! Dodge it!" said Woon in a high tone realizing the light was a wad of fireballs that were shot at the maximum speed towards his entourage.

"Duaarrrr!!!" it's the sound of the fireball hitting the beach and making the group of humans bounce away from where it stood. They scattered in all directions and fell on the ground.

"We're under attack!" cried a panicked Ryu who was still in a draped position falling on the ground.

"What was that?" asked the distraught werewolf then rise from his falling position.

The two red lights in the air in the middle of the ocean seemed to be flying higher and flying closer. An enormous ice crystal dragon with its fiery red eyes was flying towards the edge of the ocean approaching Woon's entourage. Above the high air, the mighty dragon opened its mouth widely. It wasn't long before another fireball appeared from inside his mouth. The fire slid quickly and rained down on the edge of the ocean where there was Dan Oh and the rest of Hwon's royal entourage.

"duaaarr!!" the fireball hit the ground on the edge of the sea again. Dan Oh bounced hardly towards the ocean. The girl's tiny body entered and plunged into the water which had a height of about twenty centi on the sand of the beach she stepped on. Dan Oh held her leg which being hit hardly and felt pain on it. With a little struggle, the girl tried to get up and stand straight.

"deem!!" the huge dragon had just landed right in front of Dan Oh. The earth girl instantly frozen on the spot, looking frantically at the dragon that was staring at her sharply. The dragon's red eyes seemed ready to pounce on her.

"Eun Dan Oh!!" called prince Woon in a loud voice calling out for her who was silent on her current place. The man was extremely panicked and wanted to run while attacking the dragon with his two swords. However he chose to stay in place for fear that if he suddenly attacked then the dragon would be shocked and instead injure Dan Oh.

The white ice dragon stared at Dan Oh in silence. His tall and large body makes Dan Oh only knee-high in front of him. Slowly the dragon began to open its mouth and showed a pointed tooth that looked large and tightly filled its entire mouth. Dan Oh rewinded her right leg one step back while raising her right hand to cover her face with the back of her hand.

The dragon further upheld its body and exalted its position when it saw Dan Oh's change in attitude. Slowly the dragon moved its head down so that it was parallel to the little girl's hand. The dragon kept looking at Dan Oh with his red eyes and began to bring his big head closer towards the girl.

"What is he doing?" asked Woon confused at the behavior of the dragon standing before Dan Oh while lowering his head. He seemed to want to pay his respects to the earth girl.
