Somewhere in Russia, there was a famous and developed pack whose Luna's eyes were so dreamy and blue like the ocean and her body was art and her alpha signature smirk was popular among females werewolf.

When other leaders used to take food from their members, they used to work in the field with farmers during the day and hunt at the night. So many wolves from other territories start to join their pack.

With the support and love, they were able to make their pack the world's most powerful pack. " The Selene Pack".

Happiness doubled when the new heir of Selene's pack was born who had the dreamy eyes of his mother and a deadly smirk in which anybody can be lost. And his name was XANDER STEPHEN ROMANO.

One day 5-year-old Xander fell sick and no medicine worked. everyone decides to perform a ritual for the moon goddess to show her gratitude. Moon goddess was impressed and blessed Xander with the prophecy.

"Life will be surrounded in darkness. Patience is a virtue. A new chapter will be written which will decide whether he will enhance or diminish his prominence. He might be strong, indomitable, tremendous but forlorn. A striking light will be seen in the murk and will show the path in twilight and becomes the sole being that can absorb his aura. But if the light blows away then the surrounded tenebrosity will inhale him and it might be the end."

10 years passed but the meaning of the prophecy was hidden. only understood that their new alpha will be more powerful and the prestige of the pack is in his hand. And his mate will be the same as powerful as him. But darkness, light, and the paths meaning are hidden.

Not every people can be happy about others' happiness. Alpha Samuel their rival was covetous of their accomplishments.

He wants to have everything that the Selene packs alpha has. His Luna, territory, wealth everything. When the pack was celebrating the 2nd pregnancy of Luna and Xander's shifting into his wolf at the age of 16 at the night Alpha Samuel plans the attack.

Wolves were howling, growling, dancing, and drinking in respect of their future leader.

Everything was going well but one by one every member started to faint. Only Alpha, Luna and Xander were awake. Slowly darkness consumed them. when they opened their eyes they were tied to silver chains and a sound that will haunt Xander his whole existence.

"Gorgeous, moon goddess has used all her psyche to architect you. There isn't a single default and a place that I would like to alter.

Unfortunately, the moon goddess mistook to send this antique piece to the rightful person but don't worry I am here to claim and improve her mistake." Alpha Samuel laughed.

"XANDER RUN, XANDER Go AND SAVE YOUR LIFE." Xander's mother Filomena shouts.

"TSK, TSK, wouldn't it be unfair for your son to run when you guys are in pain. He also deserves the same. After all, he is the future alpha. The Almighty Alpha Stephan Xavier Romano and Luna Filomena Katya Romano's son Xander Stephen Romano ran when his mother was abused and his father was brutally whipped from silver chains. Doesn't sound good.

So what's should we do. Umm, do you like art? " He asked Xander who was drowsy as they inject him with wolfsbane.

"Oh, come on who doesn't love fine pieces. So, why not crave your body. Bring the knife. " Samuel ordered.

"Leave my son you bastard."

"Aww, I was planning just to show my talent in your son's body. looks like I need some motivation. Now, what else could be good then you screaming my name when I mercilessly whip you and your husband while your son will watch."

"Leave my wife and son. I will kill you from my bare hands."Alpha Stephan growled.

"START" Samuel ordered to make a scar on Xander's skin.

" Xander, son don't just don't open your ey. ..eyes. And promise me you will hunt this bastard and rule the pack with your Luna. You are the best thing that happens to us. Don't forget your morals and the things we teach you. Promise me. "

"Always keep your head up son never bow in front of anyone unless that's the right person. Make us proud. We.....love you Xan"

"Please, mom. Dad" Xander was sobbing.

"So emotional scene. If this was some movie then I would have surely cried now let's not waste time."

That night mother, father, and unborn were killed and tortured in front of their child.

The poor child couldn't do anything. He kept his one promise to shut his eyes. He kept them shut until both his parents breathing sounds faded. But that midnight was the start of a new chapter and the beginning of a new day and the end of a night.

When the wolves awake they couldn't find a bond with their alpha and luna. The howl and growl which was for celebration converted into agony and mourning.

They were able to save their future alpha who was lying covered in the blood of his parents. His eyes were shut and his body was covered in marks and words like pathetic, loser, disgrace, embarrassment, vile, vicious, and weak.

It was an awful sight for every pack member and each of them was feeling deplorable for not protecting their alpha, luna, and their child.

There weren't only two dead bodies. There were 140 corpses. On each corpse, there was a mark of Xander's bite. He annihilated 140 wolves alone in pain and humiliation.

A newly converted wolf needs to hunt so they could calm his monster by of other animals to adjust to its new form. And Xander wolf slaughtered them all to fulfil his thirst and avenge his parents.

From that day XANDER STEPHEN ROMANO was the new alpha of Selene's pack and who knew that later on, he will become the Midnight alpha.
