The established powers were the first to fall, London was turned into a wasteland by multiple quirk attacks within months with Europe following its example shortly after. America and its allies were doing their best to maintain order and to help other countries that were struggling, many decided that it was the time to take a shot at the established superpower. Attacks from within and without rocked The U.S.A. . The world economy that was hanging by a thread snapped and died as N.Y.C. was sunk into the long island sound by a geokinetic. Communication was knocked out along with the electricity by a magnetism manipulator. The United States of America was Shattered, and its corpse was divided up by the kings of the new world.

The human race devolved into a primeval war for survival, falling into Darwinian patterns. "The weak are meat, the strong eat" was the law of the new world.

America was divided up by the most powerful quirk users and their followers. The west coast was taken by Cobalt, a man with the ability to manipulate magnetic fields to such an extent to shape metal, He has changed Los Angeles into a fortress of twisted steel and concrete. To begin his rule, Cobalt ripped the golden gate bridge and every other bridge in the city from the ground and circled the entire city in a great wall of twisted metal and bodies.

Central America was taken by a woman called Fix based in New Orleans who was able to create extremely addicting strength-enhancing drugs through her quirk. Fix slowly took over the drug trade by enhancing her followers and brutally putting down any competition, she forces her subordinates to pay for her enhancements and has expanded her operations across continental America with many quirk users acting as mules or muscle. Operates slightly like Soma frome Danmachi.

The East Coast was broken by Taurus, a giant of a man able to generate earthquakes with a magnitude of 9 nearly at the strength of the strongest ever recorded earthquake. Taurus unleashed his power indiscriminately across the east coast shattering New York city and reshaping the coastline. Taurus thinks himself a second coming of Romulus and has changed the East Coast into a medival kingdom, and has started pushing west.

Throughout the massive continent of America many smaller communities and gangs rose up in the corpse of the old world and dot the land in between the three Kings territory. In Mexico many native tribes that lived hidden in the copper canyons and jungles thrived and expanded greatly. The Telemehura or the running tribe remained fairly isolationist but had many speedsters in their number that kept a semblance of peace in Mexico after the government fell. Hawaii returned to its native people as they were the only ones who could keep on living fairly easilly after they were cut off from the world. The Hawaian leader has a lava controll quirk which they used to expand the islands land mass greatly and create extremely fertile soil for their people.
