Chapter 20 - The Aunt, The Secretary & The Imposter I

"Peter!" May shouted towards the back. "Come here quick!"

"Woah, you're a mom? You don't look the part." Tony exclaimed while glancing down at the scrawny little kid rocking an Iron Man T-shirt, complete with a small camera dangling around his neck and a marker in his hand. "Look at you, the full paparazzi setup. Just don't sell my autograph on eBay, alright? I'll tell your mom if you do."

"Oh, no, no… I'm his Aunt." May quickly clarified her relationship. "I'm Peter's legal guardian. He's very sweet and intelligent, just yesterday he created a working miniature replica of an Iron Guardian."

"How old is he?" Tony asked curiously. He didn't mind May's boasting since it was common among parents.

Peter nervously looked up at Tony's imposing face while he fixed his round glasses over his nose. "M-Mr. Stark! I'm ten years old."

"So, which one first? Picture or autograph?" Tony asked, simultaneously scanning the boy's school records with Jarvis through his glasses. Hmm, not bad, kid. Pretty sharp for a ten-year-old. Maybe I'll keep an eye on this one—future Stark intern material?

"Picture!" Peter chirped excitedly.

"Alright then."

May quickly grabbed Peter's camera and walked a few steps away. Meanwhile, Tony squatted down to the boy's level and held the kid by his shoulder. "What do you wanna do when you grow up, Peter?"

"I wanna become like you!" Peter exclaimed immediately.

Tony chuckled and smiled for the camera, showing his usual victory sign. Peter copied him and did the same.

Flash!

With the picture taken, Tony took the marker from Peter and signed on the back of the white T-shirt the boy was wearing.

"Mr. Stark… C-can I see it?" Peter requested after getting everything, his eyes staring at Tony's chest.

Tony understood what the boy wanted and sighed. "Now that's a second date question, kid."

"Peter, don't be like that." May scolded the boy's curiosity. Peter, timid, shrank back and shut his mouth.

Fuck it, I'm dying anyway. Might be the last chance he gets. Tony sighed and unbuttoned just the middle button of his shirt. Since he had put his blazer away anyway, it was easy to give a peak of the Arc Reactor without revealing the poisoned veins.

"Happy?" Tony asked. "Come here."

Tony squatted down and grabbed the boy's hand and made him touch the Arc reactor, feeling all of its faint vibrations.

"Wooooah! I-It's like an engine!" Peter exclaimed, his brown sparkling eyes going wide.

"Because it is," Tony replied.

"Fascinating." May also squatted down all of a sudden and touched the Arc Reactor with her finger. "You made this in a cave, they say."

"Alright, the show's over." Tony shot to his feet, buttoning up his shirt with a flourish. May jumped back awkwardly, clutching Peter's hand like he was her ticket out of the awkwardness.

"This thing's keeping me alive." Tony looked around then, and then at his watch. It was already a few hours since he arrived at the charity event, so he decided to head out to find Reed as per the plan.

"Thank you, Mr. Stark." Peter thanked with glee.

"I'll be on my way then," Tony said, glancing at May. She had that wholesome, hot, PTA mom vibe, so he didn't even think about trying his usual charm on her. "You did a great job organizing this event. I'll hit you up if I feel like a philanthropist again."

If I survive, that is.

May extended her hand to shake it, a warm smile spread across her face. "That's wonderful news, Mr. Stark. I'll do my best, whenever it may be."

One last time, Tony gave a nod to Peter and left through a small alleyway where his car was waiting. Feeling a little out of his usual vibe because of the poison, he didn't bother wearing his blazer again and even removed his tie.

The car being luxury, he lifted the middle curtain and quickly used the toxicity-checking device to see how much time he had left.

98? Oh, I'm two steps away from dying. Tony sighed deeply, feeling a little numb to the whole ordeal now. Let's see what Reed made.

He just closed his eyes and didn't realize when the car arrived at the Baxter building, which was now Tony's property.

Through a back entrance, he entered the elevator, headed to the top floors, and arrived at the main lab. The situation in the office now looked much different. The researchers there didn't look as sad with their jobs secured. The place was clean and more energetic.

Though Reed's personal room was still as cramped and spoiled as before, files, papers, and much more lying around the tables, cabinets, and even the floor corners. A dustbin sat in the corner with balls of crumbled paper, so full and spilled that they were everywhere.

He should really hire a janitor. Tony muttered and noticed Sue was there too, standing beside Reed's chair against the table by the wall. There was barely enough space behind the chair and Sue. So he 'had' to squeeze towards the other side where he noticed a peculiar new machine.

"Coming through." Tony alerted them and tried to squeeze behind the two.

Reed, still focused on some paperwork, simply nodded.

Sue, on the other hand, started to feel awkward as Tony slipped behind her, squeezing between her and the wall. He subtly slid his hand on her curving waist as if to scoot her aside while his excited male member wagged like a puppy that hadn't seen its human for a very long time.

He intentionally moved slowly, letting his veiled cock reminisce between her soft bottom. He even paused for a moment, saying, "Hey, Sue!"

Sue felt the reckless intention behind his maneuver, subconsciously clenching her jaw and rear muscles in annoyance. Her slim-fit jeans did very little to hide her slender figure, her white T-shirt struggling to hold in her gorgeous assets, while her hair was tied up in a naughty teacher-esque bun.

Tony couldn't take his eyes off of her, and Sue noticed the lewd glint in his gaze.

Sue coughed embarrassingly and squeezed herself forward to give Tony space to slide away.

"Hello, Mr. Stark," she muttered as indifferently as she could, hyper-aware of Reed's presence and movements.

However, as Tony moved away, his hand glided down to her ass, giving the divine fleshy bottom a good few squeezes. He finally moved away to the end of the room to the machine.

"This is it?" Tony asked, finding the machine somewhat similar to a blood transfusion machine. But in this, there was a touch screen added, and a few additional parts he had never seen before.

Reed stopped tapping on his computer and turned his chair to look at Tony. "It won't remove the poisoning completely but it will stop it from spreading further. This will mix your blood with the fresh pack of blood to balance the toxins."

Tony frowned, feeling it was nothing more than a high-tech juice box. "And you expect me to live with this contraption stuck to me 24/7 like a power bank? What am I, a walking battery?"

Reed and Sue both stared at his chest as he said that. That was exactly what he was—a walking battery.

Tony realized the truth in his statement and focused on the machine. "I'd rather die than live like that, Reed."

"Use this to buy time," Reed added, staring at Tony's face and his neck with keen eyes. "It's probably above ninety, am I right? Time is of the essence, Mr. Stark—while I work tirelessly on a solution, every passing minute is critical."

Tony sighed deeply and rubbed his face with both his palms. He was freaking Iron Man, not an eighty-year-old man in bed. Attaching the machine and rolling it with himself all the time sounded less than exciting.

"Fine, I'll take it." Tony agreed at last, albeit with a reluctant sigh.

"That's great to hear, Mr. Stark. Sue will show you how to connect it to yourself. I've already briefed her on the matter," Reed replied and got back to typing on his computer as if he were the only man in the room.

Tony looked at Sue with a smirk. Sue averted her gaze from him and walked towards the door. "Follow me to the medical room, Mr. Stark."

Tony did just that and dragged the machine behind him. He followed the swaying hips of the curvy blonde and entered the medical room soon after—a small space with a single medical bed and a few other equipment there.

"Lie down on the bed," Sue said and put on surgical gloves. "The first time is always the hardest."

Tony flashed a smirk as he casually reclined on the bed. "Ain't that the truth,"
