"It's a big forest. My naivety has taught me a lot."
Nolamine said as raindrops fell on him.
"I can't make it through the forest without being one with myself.... hummmmm...."
He hummed like he was feeling some kind of spiritual force as he felt each drop hitting his skin.
"The forest is a mystery. At first, I thought it was nocturnal, but it has been proven otherwise, it was only a phase and one that almost killed me. And so, I have to bring out the beast in me and be able to control it if I am to make the 12-day trip from here to the town."
He said while his feet moved slowly and took another stance.
"Even in the rain, hidden in the chaos, is the element of waiting to strike like snakes. But, I am there too.... watching. 9 days of nights have turned me into a nocturnal animal that hunts in the day. I must choose my targets carefully."
He said as he took another stance, feeling like he was finding inner peace.
"It is a big forest, 'it' can't be everywhere."
