Into the Wilderness

"Master, I'm so excited!"

The cute little puppy could not conceal its excitement and keeps running around. The young girl just smiled and continued rummaging her bag making sure that she did not forget anything.

"Are we really going to travel? You would not change your mind, right?"

For a moment the little tail abruptly stopped wagging. It was quite adorable seeing its inquiring gaze.

Looking at the adorable little animal, she didn't resist the urge to hug it and pet its head gently.

"Don't worry, this time we are going for real."

As they walked inside the forest, the young girl let the little dog walk on its own. The calming nature of the peaceful rainforest reminds her of the first time she came to this world.

It was the night of a full moon, she woke up seeing the red scattering lights floating everywhere. The crystal clear water of the pond beautifully reflected the red shining moon.

It was eerily breathtaking but she never noticed it. She was busy trying to remember how she came to this place.

Sadly, her efforts were in vain. It only gave her a sinking feeling of lost and disappointment.

She did not lost her memories but the people who has been apart of who she is is fading in her mind. Their existence cannot be denied but their faces were projected as blank entities.

She silently lament on her situation and she tried to sleep again.

But the silence was shattered by a voice.

"You're finally here, master."
