"Darling please don't be mad. It's for your own good and for the kingdom's good. You finally have the chance to love someone. Isn't that great? ", my mum said happily as she was staring at me. " Yes, it's great don't you see how happy I am? ", I said sarcasticly.

"Angelique, mind your manners. That's not how a princess must act. You should act like a princess in front of us too, not only in front of your people but to us too. Remember you aren't just an ordinary girl, you are a princess. ", he said proudly. " You ask from me to act like a princess even though I was given that title I feel like that being a princess isn't what my future self would like to be. Wanna guess why? Because I hate being a princess, this isn't what I wanted to do nor what I want to be doing.", whith that I took my leave, but before I could step outside the throne hall I halted, turned around and said this to my parents. " Not to forget I'm never going to marry someone who neither I know nor love, and that's my final decision. ", with that I turned around again and went straight up to my room. I layed down to my bed but couldn't clear out my mind. So I decided for the first time in my life to sneak out of the castle and go explore the city.
