Absorbing the Inheritance

Marcus grabbed the inheritance orb filled with the memories of all the Chaos Star Gods from the Chaos War Era. The orb looked like a snow globe that contains the starry sky within it, the orb was around the size of a dodgeball and was heavy as 300lb. Marcus sat in a lotus position as he placed the orb on his lap and started to absorb its power.

When Marcus began to run all of his cultivation techniques inside of the orb began to rotate like a cyclone as the energy started to be absorbed into Marcus. He heard some notification pop up in his head stating that he learned new skills and place under racial skills from the inherited memories and how he earned expand how it was stored in the exp column. Marcus directed the exp mostly to Siring the cosmos and Chaos Soul Refinement by using the rest to upgrade the system again and his cultivation.

Marcus saw system upgrade gave him a gamer like window in the front telling him his health with HP and the amount of energy he has to use without harming his body and to keep his universe functioning properly. It also gave him a packaging and loot box function where he can buy a package and get certain items related with that series,individual, and etc as the loot box is a lottery machine except you get more than 1 item related with either the series, category, or etc.

His skills and section just had a bunch of star god skills that were at max level since he inherited the memories of the other star god and with max level. His stats were basically already getting overpowered as he gain around 200-300 with his new stats and decided just to skim through the stats from now on since they will no longer be important since he has already far surpassed his those at the same Realm as him.

What made him confused was the quest/missions tab with new on it, but quickly remembered that he completed a high quest so he clicked on it and saw the high quest complete along with another mission being completed called Hidden Missions: Gain the Chaos Star God Inheritance.

[Marcus, Marcus, Marcus becoming confused on something so little aren't you pathetic? I, the great Dream, will explain this to you. Quest/Missions that you see are normal missions however there are 2 other missions besides those called 'Hidden/Secret Missions' and 'Repo Missions'.

The Hidden Missions are Missions that are well hidden until you complete them and they will give you bonus DP or items and maybe even exp as this one gave you DP along with a free 'item/gift', but it cannot be used until later once you unlock a certain feature.

Repo Missions are somewhat in between as Repo in Latin means sneak as short for a sneak peek or preview. These missions are or can be more as difficult as Hidden Missions. These missions have 2 or more requirements to complete them and if you complete one requirement the missions will show up with the other list of requirements like 1) kill it, 2)????. 3)????, and so on.]

Marcus understood as he earned more DP that what was suppose to be given and an 'item/gift' that can not be used until later which frustrates him since he did not know what the item or what he needs to unlock as Dream will not tell him and said only time will tell. He decided to put this off as he took the entire palace into his universe and told Aeros to take him home.
