By the moment he set his eyes again on the road after glancing at her, he noticed he was a few feet away from her house; making him feel disappointed.
There was a time when spending time with was something he felt anxious about, but now every time he had to say goodbye, he could always find a hundred ways to delay that moment.
He wouldn't use them, of course. He was not that lame or desperate. Still, the sole fact of how tempted he was to spend one more minute with her proved that she had that type of effect on him; and he had to admit that.
