KING THEO’S HYBRID CURE

*A Week before the wedding*

"My Lord, we finally found her. The Cure will return back in the earthy world for her mortal wedding.." The woman said without any emotion while bowing her head to her master which whom she respects and served for god knows how long...

"Good. very good, arranged everything Moira, we will fly first thing in the morning..."King Theo replied to her. He waved his free hand dismissing her without looking. The woman with red long locks of curly hair who wear a full- dark leather outfit that accentuate her perfectly figure walk out of the door without glancing in her surroundings. King Theo's bright gray eyes glistened in the moonlight. Sipping the red wine in his hand, while he is over looking outside of the window in his century old castle in Oregon. A bright smile plaster in King Theo's face when he remembered his love for this distinctive drink ever since the year eighteen hundreds. King Theo could feel the exhilarating feeling running through every fibre of his body. If it's possible, he wanted the time to speed up so he can get what he want a soon as possible. King Theo's anticipation can't be denied. This is the moment his been waiting for. The cure who has no idea that the demon world is protecting her from him , has finally came out of her safe zone. He can't wait to finally meet her. Once he gets her, he will no longer lurk in the darkness.

It's been a hundred of years that gone by and still King Theo is mate-less. He knows the 'one all mighty' up above is punishing him for being one, of the tenth mortals who become the first immortals. He know his breed shouldn't exist but they manage to break the law of those Olympus God who created the mortals. King Theo and his friend nine friends is the one who discovered the 'book of life...'They sacrificed ten young virgin woman. They drink their blood , while the full moon bath with blood , and they become the first night walkers. They are the one that lurks in the darkness victimizing innocent young woman who fall instantly for their alluring and hypnotizing gazed. Slowly King Theo build an empire together with his nine fellow night walkers. Each has started a hundred until King Theo and his friend couldn't count anymore how many mortals they turn like them. Only one odd thing they notice is that those they turn as night walkers.

Once they found their matching souls they didn't have to hide in the darkness like them. As simple as a scientific explanation. Their kind became hybrid once found a soulmate, their off spring doesn't need to hide in the darkness and they can also produced children like normal mortals do. His kind are like mortals but much stronger, with sense of hearing that is heightened and the ability to move faster in a blink of an eye, they can heal faster as long as there is blood supply to support their thirst. There is nothing who could stop them.

King Theo's thought went further in the past. His reminiscing went to that one particular night. It was strange that an old lady with a dark aura surrounds her, approach King Theo and his friends. She said there is a cure for fatality and if we want to try it she will give us her precious book of life. At first they didn't believe her, and even thought she is a witch who wanted them dead. But as the days past it seems like the book has its magic. Since all nine decided for King Theo to take the book to inspect its authenticity. King Theo spend many sleepless night reading the books and how to proceed in the ritual. It's like slowly he become a part of the book in each pages he finished reading, at the end he manage to convince his friends that the book is authentic and they should try it for themselves. As for the instructions they calculated the days when the moon will be bathed with blood or turn into crimson. It is the time they proceed with the ritual. Their humanity is gone and just like a puppet they did what is told in the book and killed those woman's for their blood.

When the ritual is done it's like they finally wake up from a powerful hypnosis. They are all surprised from what they did to those innocent woman but felt strange that they don't feel any remorse. Their body began convulsing , they all felt their hearts slowly stopping from beating until their body went cold just like corps. When they wake up they realized that something has change in them. They all know they died but came back alive. Their heart has a low heart beat but also feel more stronger and energetic which is very strange. But when the sun started to rise, one of King Theo's friend scream in pain. Surprise they all start to feel that the sun is burning them. With high intelligence, King Theo told his friends to run. They were surprised when they did because within a minute they reach a cave inside the forest. They tested for a few times putting their hands on a small spot where the leaves of the three couldn't shield the sunlight to pass the entrance of the cave and each time they hissed in pain. The burnt skin from the sun turn to ashes but luckily they have now the ability to heal themselves. King Theo and his friend waited until the sun went down before walking out of the cave they feel thirsty but they don't know what can satisfy them. King Theo remembered a words from the books.

"Once tasted the blood, will be satiated only by blood.

Therefore they concluded that only blood can satisfy them. Not wanting to alarm many people they tried catching wild rabbits and deer to drink their blood but it wasn't satisfying. It is just enough to take their hunger away. When each went back home they decided to used the cave to be their shelter filling it up of all the necessities they need. Luckily the cave is big enough inside to accommodate ten lavish men. The cave is in the far end of the forest and they know many wouldn't dare go far in the forest because there's plenty of wild animals. They all work together testing the pros and cons if they sees the light what kind of light won't harm them like burning their hands in the candle but they didn't feel the slightest pain.

King Theo and his friend all end up in one conclusion. Only the light coming from the sun can hurt them and they can't be exposed to sun for a long time. Days past by they couldn't take it anymore. They couldn't eat mortal food. The animals blood isn't enough to take their hunger away. One evening they decided to take a maid who was easily lured by them with just a simple smile and soft caress on her cheeks. They brought her back to their cave to feast on her and to test if what they thought is correct. The maid didn't care that ten men are biting her in every exposed veins of her body. It's like she's in ecstasy, moaning in delight while feeling delirious from the blood lost. They didn't drink all of her blood and let her lay in the bed to see what will happen to her after she was bitten. Before the sun rise up she starts to scream in agony while turning and tossing around. She tried to torn her dress and scratched her skin, screaming it' hurts! it burns! before she stop moving. They all heard her heart stop just like what happened to them after the burning feeling inside their body stop. When she wake up she was so confused that she's with many men. In that time if your a woman and people sees you together with many men they will defile you like people call now a day, as a slut. So before they could stop her with her new gain agility she run away and was burnt instantly by the sun.

It wasn't long once she sees the day light and it hits her skin she turn into ashes within a second.

King Theo and his friend learn that if they want to create one like them they should lock them up and tell them the consequences if they want to live long. Also they conclude that only them can withstand the sun for a few minutes but their creation can only last in a matter of second. That only change when they found out that if one nigh walker find a matching soul then they won't die and their offspring can walk in the day light just like normal humans. The only difference is the ten of them. Few of his fellow King found their soulmate but the sun can still kill them. Too many tragedy happen which lead him now all alone.

The last remaining night walker.

Ever since that night he never walk in the broad daylight. It has been a long time that King Theo never felt the warmth of the sun. He misses the tingling feeling of it and in his heart he yearns to walk again freely in broad day light without vanishing into ashes.But like a slap in the face what's written in that old Biblical Book,

" I made you from dust and from dust you will return."

He can never see the daylight. If he did, and King Theo dies all of his people will turn into ashes together with him, Even the Cure will die too because she's a vampire so he must succeed in order to protect her and the entire race of Vampires. It's sad that you will feel regrets always and the end of a wrong choice that you made. King Theo wish he never believed that old woman. Maybe he can find a wife, live a normal life and die peacefully at the end. Gaining this immortality didn't help much.

He only witnessed his family from a far getting older and die. Through out those year King Theo made friends with some mortal who slowly accepted them, but it saddened him that all of them die while his still alive not ageing and becoming more and more powerful. But all of his misery will be over once he have the cure for this god forsaken illness. Yes, King Theo thought being immortal is incurable sickness, but not anymore he will soon meet the woman that will give him the total immortality his fellow kings didn't last long to experience...

Emptying the glass of wine on his hand, a smile of triumph form in King Theo's face. Looking down on his bed, his smile turn devilishly to the two naked woman, one of them intentionally spread her legs for him while the other is playing with her clit and licking her own boobs anxiously await for him to play with them. King Theo's eyes glint in red he can't wait to devour this two. He will give them the pleasure higher than what this ladies can imagine before sucking up their precious life..
