My name, is Josh. I'm a gamer and a developer, for almost my whole life I have fantasized a world of magic from reading, and as a game developer it is my job to make that semi real. In order to achieve this I had to join a big company and work with others to develop.

But reality hits hard, my creativity and communication skills were terrible, somehow I could never overcome the obstacle of judgement and failure.

And so I ended up in a small company with coworkers like me creating idle 2D games.

Sounds from the mouse and keyboards reverberate around the room

"Heads up!"

*tonk

A coke can with leftovers hit the back of my head leaving some at my hair.

I turn around and glare at him

"What's with the look? Going to hit me? Like you have the guts."

"Hahahaha!"

They laugh as they exit the building

That was Mike and his gang, he picks at every employee, today I'm the unlucky one. Fighting him was impossible, other than having 4 friends, he also had big build, and to make things worse, he was the son of our boss, so fighting him will leave us jobless.

I grit my teeth and clench my fists as I see them leave

*sigh

"Why couldn't I be better? Be More courageous." I thought

I look at the time, 2 hours before we can leave

*sigh*

"I guess I have to endure this sticky hair of mine for another 2 hours."

Two hours passed, I went straight home and into the shower

Wanting to end the day, I dress up after taking a shower and went straight to bed, not bothering to eat dinner

"Another day of stress and frustration. I wonder if tomorrow will be different"

I slowly drift to sleep, not knowing that everything was about to change….
