4 Chapter | 2

The first day we've met.

After knowing I'll be going to school starting tomorrow, my heart started beating so fast because I'm definitely feeling so much excitement.

Of course! It's my very very first time to meet my first ever classmates after almost 20 years of just studying here at home. Isn't it so great?

I'm so excited that I almost forgot to sleep the whole night.

Should I still sleep? Gigising din naman ako.

Kaso, mapapagalitan ako ni mom and dad. What should I do?

I think, I should just take a nap.

Hindi naman siguro ako papagalitan dahil nag-nap lang ako. Natulog parin naman ako, right?

-Dream-

I just woke up.

Feeling how those sun rays filled my room with its own light.

I got up to start my routines, but this time more calm than usual.

Sabi kasi nila it makes you haggard daw if you didn't start your day calmly. So, better be safe than sorry.

After having a calm shower, I started blow drying and combing my hair, para mas fluffy ang kalalabasan nito.

I just put up a high messy ponytail which I know is a trend. And also my favorite clip which looks like a real butterfly. A red one.

I just curled my hair using just my hands to make it look so natural. And after that I just wore my uniform and also my shoes for school.

I headed down while carrying my bag.

"Who's this beautiful young lady infront of me?" My dad asked.

"Me, your only daughter." I replied with a big proud smile on my face that made my dad laugh. Do I look funny, dad? Seriously?

"Breakfast is ready!" My mom shouted as she gets out of the kitchen with her very own recipe which totally smells good and will definitely taste so good.

I just wanted to walk but my feet doesn't want to! So I ended up running towards her.

We started eating our breakfast happily. Ofcourse, mom and dad are with me so seeing them happy already made my day.

"Mom!" I shouted as I wanted to bid her my goodbye.

"Wait for me! I'm heading down! I wanted to make sure I can see my princess before she leaves!" She shouted back.

"As if I'm not coming back after school. Huh?" I whispered those things out that made my dad burst into laughter. How pitiful I am, right? Yeah. I know.

"Bye mom." I said and gave her the most genuine smile I can give.

"Goodbye sweetie. Goodluck on your first day. Fighting!" She said. Cheerfully.

"Fighting!" I said, copying how she gestures her hand out. Making me feel I can always get a hundred percent of confidence and strength from her.

"Thank you mom." I hugged her and waved my hand as a goodbye.

Hindi ko mapigilang ituon ang atensiyon ko sa labas ng bintana, this is my first time traveling this far! I can almost think of myself being glued to this window!

Pagkalabas na pagkalabas ko. Unang una kong napansin agad na- walking distance lang pala yung house namin to school! My dad is really a tease! We should've walk instead of driving me off to school. Arggh! Really dad?

My dad started laughing because of how I reacted, making my excited reaction turn into a frown.

"Oh you got me! Just great!" I said as I wave my hand to gesture goodbye.

Pagpasok ko palang ng gate. I can already feel that this day would be great.

Sana nga. Sana nga maging maayos ang unang araw ko dito.

Tutal maaga pa naman. I just want to have a peaceful walk around this school.

As I walk, I can feel how the wind smoothly hits every strands of my hair. Nakakagaan lalo ng loob yung fresh na hangin dito.

Hindi naman sa may pinagdadaanan ako.

Pero, parang naging manhid muna ako saglit. Yung tipong di ka makakaramdam ng kahit ano.

Kahit yung mga paa mo di mo na rin maramdaman na sumasayad sa lupa.

Pati na rin yung ihip ng hangin hindi mo na marinig.

Parang sandali akong nawala sa mundo.

I felt emptiness. In just one snap.

Parang may kulang?

Parang di kumpleto?

Ayos naman ako kanina.

How come I've felt that?

Ang alam ko, kumpleto ako. Pero ramdam kong kulang ako.

After having my peaceful yet empty walk. Nagdesisyon na rin akong pumunta muna sa locker room para ilagay muna yung ibang gamit ko doon.

I was just about to close my locker. But suddenly, nakuha ng lalaking kakalagpas lang sakin ngayon ang buong atensyon ko.

Hindi ko siya nakita. Pero ibang iba yung ihip ng hangin nung dumaan siya. There's something strange yet unique about him.

I'm about to leave. But.

"Have we met?" He asked.

I turned to face him.

I was shocked with his sparkling eyes.

I was shocked with everything about him.

"I-I don't think so." I replied. Awkwardly.

"You really look kinda familiar, by the way, I'm Jimin. Park Jimin."
