Chapter Fifty Eight
Three days before the wedding,in the human kingdom.
Princess Diana sat with her family members at their relaxing joint.The son and father were discussing things about the economy of the kingdoms and vampires,of course having the best since they are the longest race in existence.
"It would have been really nice if prince Ephraim had either married your sister or had taken her as a concubine" King Otis pitifully said.
"It is okay,all we have to do is to in all ways avoid getting into battle with them or on their wrong side" Prince Daniel replied his father.
"The vampire royal carriage should be here by now?" The queen stated and her question was answered when a guard came to inform them of the vampire royals carriage arrival.
"Inform the rider that we will be there an hour later" The king commanded the guard before he stood up to prepare for the journey while being followed by his family since they are all going together,and they also need to prepare for it.
Diana went to her room to pack her luggage for the journey and prepare for their stay in the vampire kingdom for a while.
"Welcome back my princess.What do you want me to do?" Kate asked her master when she got to the room.
"I need you to pack me the gown you got sewn for me,the one i asked you to give to the best seamstress in Ariel kingdom" Diana ordered.
"Forgive me your highness but the seamster i gave your royal silk to have not been around,but it is sure he will be in his shop today" Kate begged while she was in a kowtoing position.
"What! You gave my royal clothes to a male tailor.Who is he? What happened to madam Patricia the royal seamstress?" Diana asked her maid angrily.
"I am sorry your highness.Don't be angry,i couldn't give your clothes to madam Patricia because she was busy with your family members clothes.I heard that there is a seamster at the end of the town that was even better than the royal seamstress so i gave your clothes to him with your measurements,i didn't know he will not be available in his shop when i got there" Kate immediately explained her reasons for not having the princess's dress with her.
"What is his name? Is he that popular?" Diana asked her curiosly and Kate sighed in relief because it seems she will be spared today from her craziness.
"His name is Victor Silk,their generations have been known for sewing the best clothes in the human history" Kate explained to her.
"If so why have they not become the royal tailor?"
"My princess,i heard from some of the other maids with the nobles that their family refused to work for the royal family.They preferred working alone without any master.I even heard that the merchant's daughter got the dress she wore to the ball from him.He is really good at what he does,he is also a noble and the most eligible bachelor in the kingdom .The nobles also talked about him being friends with Mr.Ephraim's bride" Kate shared enthusiastically without her knowing that the Ephraim's bride is also the merchant daughter.
"Don't worry about the dress,i will get it myself during the journey today.Are you sure about all you said?" Diana tried to confirm the information.
"Yes my princess,so i heard from the maids of the nobles and they have no reason to lie" Kate responded respectfully.
"You can go now" Diana dismissed her maid.
Diana packed her clothes and the necessary accessories as she plan what to do with the new information she got.For a prideful son from the Silk family there must be something he wants that will make him relate with an ordinary merchant daughter.She will get to know it when she get to his place (she smiled crazily to herself).
A guard came to call her so that she could go along with the royal family as she finished packing.She gave the luggage to the guard who followed after her.
"What took you so long? I thought you said you have your things alreadily packed?" The queen asked her with a raised brow.
"I forgot to pack something which i just added and i quickly rearranged my things" The princess lied partially.
"There are two carriages sent.You and your mother should take the first one,while I and your brother will take the second" King Otis told his daughter.
"No father,i will be coming later because i have something important to collect from someone at the town's end.Mother can ride along with you and brother,and my maids and the guards you gave me will ride along with me for my safety" Diana rushed out the words from her mouth.
Queen Dena glared at her spoilt daughter before glancing at her husband who seems to have no objection with what she just said.She shook her head before climbing the carriage after sending her daughter a warning glare.
Diana and her maids climbed the second carriage after the royal guards assigned to her have loaded the carriage with her luggages.
She ordered the man to enter the vampire kingdom through the rogues land since she needed to meet with the said seamster.Her maid informed the rider that they will be stopping at the dress shop at the town's end.
The vampire coachman just nodded before starting the carriage.He had wondered why they will be going through the route that will make them pass through the forbidden forest.Humans are so wishful,he will have to pass through the front of the dangerous vampire prince house just because the human princess has something to do at the end of the town (he rolled his eyes)........
