Chapter 1Chapter 1

In a cozy kitchen, a 16-year-old girl with long black hair, deep black eyes, clear white skin, and a beautiful oval face sits at a table.

Her gaze is piercing as she looks across the table at an 18-year-old guy with short jet-black hair, a sculpted face, a tall nose, and eyes tinted with a hint of blue.

The girl tightly grips the fork, thrusting it forcefully toward the plate with meat.

The guy reacts swiftly, using his own fork to block her thrust and skillfully piercing the meat, placing it on his own table.

"Brother, you're such a bully. Can you just let me eat in peace? Mom, he's bullying me again!" she shouted in an irritated tone.

"What are you talking about? I'm just sitting here peacefully, Mom. Don't believe her," the guy acted innocently.

"Why, you! You!" Her face was devoid of frost as she looked at her brother playing with her.

Suddenly, a woman in her middle years, holding a hotpot, enters, stopping their quarrel.

"Hayss, both of you are already too old to fight each with other. Can you just eat peacefully for God's sake?" the lady said while sighing.

"He started it," the girl spoke, still angry, pointing her finger at her brother.

The guy's name was Nolan Foster, a second-year student at San Juan Academy. He excelled in basketball and was a top achiever at the school, often considered a role model.

He had a short sleek, jet-black hair, paired with sharp, defined brows that brought an edge to his look. His eyes, a dark, intense shade of black, added an air of mystery, and his tall, sculpted nose gave off an effortlessly cool vibe. With a face that seemed perfectly proportioned, he carried an aura of laid-back sophistication.

Despite his top-notch looks and achievements, many girls had a crush on him, but he had no interest whatsoever.

"Yeah, yeah, it's my fault. Let's just eat," Nolan replied nonchalantly.

"See, Mom, he admitted it," Kristine spoke with a victorious smile.

Kristine Foster was Nolan's younger sister. She was not only one of the school beauties but also widely known for her intelligence and excellent painting skills that had won numerous competitions.

Jasmine Thornton, their devoted mother, took on the responsibility of raising Nolan and Kristine from their early childhood to the present day.

The untimely death of their father, Max Foster, in an unfortunate accident occurred when Nolan was merely 5 years old, and Kristine was just 3. This unexpected loss left Jasmine as a widow, facing the challenges of single parenthood.

Despite the financial constraints of not being affluent, the family's remarkable talents garnered them numerous scholarships.

Nolan's prowess in basketball and academic achievements, coupled with Kristine's brilliance and acclaimed painting skills, attracted recognition and support.

These scholarships significantly alleviated the financial burden on Jasmine, allowing her to provide a stable and nurturing environment for her children.

"Alright then, your brother already admitted his wrongdoing, so finish the soup and go to class right now," Jasmine said with warmth.

"Ok, Mum," Kristine murmured under her breath.

Kristine decided to finish her food to avoid being late for class, and Nolan also hurriedly finished his meal for the same reason.

After completing their meals, the two of them brushed their teeth, engaging in a quarrel along the way. Observing their bickering, Jasmine shook her head, finding amusement in the typical brother and sister bonding.

She then cleaned the table and washed the dishes while the two of them grabbed their bags.

"Mom, we're leaving," Nolan reminded.

"Mom, we're going now. Bye!" Kristine added.

"Go now, or you'll be late. Make sure to watch the road when you cross," Jasmine replied.

After bidding their farewell, Nolan and Kristine stepped out of the house, greeted by the sun illuminating their way.

Nolan closed the door, watching his sister already walking away. He shook his head and increased his pace to catch up with her.

While standing on the sidewalk, waiting for the traffic light to turn green, they exchanged glances. After a brief wait, the light finally changed color.

Both of them crossed the road and continued on their way. Kristine looked at her brother and asked, "Brother, you do know that it's Mother's birthday today, right?" Her ears perked up, curious about his response.

Nolan looked at her as if she were an idiot, saying, "Of course, I knew. I'm not that forgetful."

Seeing her brother's expression, Kristine couldn't help but feel angry.

"You ungrateful bully! I'm just reminding you. Why are you looking at me like an idiot?" Kristine shouted in the middle of the road.

Many people walking in the lanes heard her shout and gazed at the two of them. When Kristine noticed their stares, she glared at them and shouted, "What are you all looking at, you bunch of idiots!"

Her disrespectful attitude and remarks left those people who heard it feeling angry and offended.

"You shouted in the road, and when we saw what it was, you're calling us idiots? Did you grow up without brains?" some of the bystanders growled to themselves.

Observing that they were not voicing their dissatisfaction, Kristine smiled like a spoiled brat.

Suddenly, a fist hit her head, *boink*, causing her to feel pain. She instinctively covered and caressed the spot. She had no time to get angry at her brother when Nolan's hands quickly reached out, holding her head. Together, they bowed to the people around.

"Sorry for my sister's remarks. I did not discipline her very well," Nolan apologized. After that, he let go of her head, and they continued walking.

Stunned on the spot, Kristine looked at the crowd of people and said, "Sorry for what I said just now. It's just only a slip of the tongue." She then followed her brother, who was already far away from her.

Kristine knew what she did was disrespectful, so she didn't blame her brother. As they continued on their way, they finally arrived at their destination.

Nolan gazed at her sister and said, "You go back home early when school ends ill go buy a cake for mom, and dont tell mom ok" while caressing her hair like a child.

Kristene was stunned again his brother caressing her hair in school infront of the other students of her caliber.

"Okay, I won't say anything to mom, and stop caressing my hair or I'll kill you," she glared, slapping her brother's hand away from her head.

She left her brother behind as she entered the building to go to her classroom. Nolan also headed to his classroom, climbing up to the 3rd floor of the building.

A sign on the door read [12 St-Luke], indicating his year and section. Nolan slid the door open and entered to find his classmates.

"Hey Nolan, check this out. I promise you'll never regret it," a chubby guy with short brown hair exclaimed, waving his arms enthusiastically.

"Don't tell me it's another girl, is it?" Nolan replied as he walked to his desk, situated close to the chubby guy.

After placing his bag on his seat, he joined the chubby guy to see what he wanted to show.

"Nolan, look at her. I heard she's a transfer student in the section next to ours. She looks like a model and a goddess, see?" the chubby guy stated, showing Nolan a picture.

Nolan looked at the photo and agreed with his friend. The girl in the picture had silver hair reaching her waist, a tall nose, rosy lips, and beautiful round eyes. Her legs were voluptuous, captivating any observer, and she had two round peaks on her chest.

After examining the photo, Nolan replied, "I agree with you this time, fatty. She really does look hot."

After being called "fatty," Anthony, his friend, didn't seem offended.

Anthony then swung his arm around Nolan's shoulder and whispered, "Do you want to get to know her? I can help you," he stated.

I Can Copy And Evolve Talents

Across the vast convolution of worlds, divine beings rule as absolute sovereigns—each god assigned dominion over a singular realm. Skirmishes are inevitable, whether for power, amusement, or sheer pettiness. One such battle, between Nexus, the God of Trickery, and an aging, senile deity, resulted in an anomaly… A soul misplaced. Elliot, an ordinary man, was never meant for Ul’Tra-el. But fate, or perhaps a cosmic prank, had other plans. Unlike other worlds, Ul’Tra-el is an aberration—one that developed a voice. A voice that diverged from the natural order. A voice that changed everything. Its foundation cracked, leaking dimensions into one another. Rifts tore open like festering wounds, vomiting forth unspeakable horrors—monsters not meant to exist. But the world did not sit idly by. In response—perhaps an act of self-preservation—the world gifted its inhabitants power. Talents awakened, granting people extraordinary abilities. And for every rift sealed, the Voice of Ul rewarded them generously. Survival was simple: fight, grow stronger, and close the rifts… or die trying. In this ruthless, blood-soaked reality, Northern—a white-haired boy burdened by his past life—was reincarnated. But unlike the chosen heroes, he awakened as a talentless nobody. No power. No strength. No future. And when death loomed over him—when despair clawed at his soul and the cold grip of the failure threatened to take him— A Voice responded: [System Notice] [Your Soul cannot take a form.] [Searching for a Unique Pattern Ability…] [Searching…] [Search Found.] [A Unique System Ability has been detected.] [You Can Copy And Evolve Talents] ... Follow Northern through his journey as he becomes the pinnacle of this world. This a story about a white-haired boy’s rise from rubbles!! Note: This is an overpower genre but MC does not just start off like that. Even though MC can copy talents he doesn't just jump around copying talents because there's a limitation. However, his rise to strength is depicted and is an experience to enjoy. The first few hundreds would be frustrating to follow because MC is weak but that makes the experience all the more interesting when MC finally gets freaking strong and starts wiping the floor with everyones asses.
