I Bit Zombies

In the apocalypse, the most sinister thing is still the heart of human beings.

He took in two twin sisters out of kindness.

The older one was named Krisa, and the other was Vanessa. The sisters had blonde curly hair, like two Barbie dolls.

But hidden beneath the angel-like face was a vicious heart.

After the fall of the apocalypse, the whole town was cut off from power and water. West hid in a very closed villa.

One day, the two sisters knocked on the door of his house.

The two girls begged West to open the door because not far away from them was a group of zombies moving slowly.

Bewitched by the appearance of the twins, West’s heart softened and took them in.

He offered them more than food and drinks, but also became their flatterer, dreaming of the day when the two were thrown in his arms.

One day, he went out to search for food.

Krisa shut him out of the car. No matter how he shouted, she didn't open the door.

She drove a Mercedes on, leaving West alone in the downtown.

The zombies swarmed over when they heard the noise.

At that moment, West thought he was doomed.

He was still a virgin. He didn't want to die!

Clenching to the survival instinct, West jumped into a park.

Strangely, he didn't see any zombies inside the park. While he was wondering, a golden zombie opened its bloody mouth and threw him to the ground.

Instantly, thousands of memories began to surge in his head. While struggling, West subconsciously bit the exposed head of that golden zombie.

What did the brain of a zombie taste like?

It was like the mellow taste of alcohol chocolate that filled his mouth as if huge energy was spreading all over his body. Then he went into a coma.

When he woke up, the watch showed three days had passed.

He was surprised to find that he could still feel the hunger and thirst like a human being.

Hunger, thirst, and pain are normal, which means he's not a zombie, he was still a human being.  

Besides, it’s like he was reborn, with white and tender skin, as well as endless power.

He could feel himself different. His sense of hearing and smell had been greatly improved.

The most obvious change was that he was full of bulging muscles now, and his clothes were almost burst by his muscles.

As an otaku, he also watched a lot of American TV shows. Now he found himself getting superpowers, just like those heroes in the movies!

He couldn’t figure out why he hadn't been bitten to death by zombies after three days just lying here.

The golden zombie which he bit seemed no different from any other zombies at this moment.

It lay on the ground motionlessly, with a ferocious expression and an empty head.

At the thought of that he had sucked its brain up, West shivered. He felt that he had come to the brink of death.

Hadn’t eaten anything for days, the first thought that came to his mind was hungry.

Therefore, the most pressing task at the moment was to search for food and run away.

The park used to be a refugee camp, now with human bones and weapons scattered everywhere.

West picked up a wooden shield and a meat cleaver then came to the gate.

The gate was surrounded by zombies. Those who had followed West before his coma were now gathering here and waiting.

The wall of the park, nearly 3 meters high, was easily climbed up by West with a leap.

He looked up and found a large complex shopping mall not far away.

As far as West remembered, there was well-developed, with its supermarkets, shopping centers, and office buildings.

The more developed a place was, the more densely populated it would be. Thus, in the apocalypse, it became the most dangerous place.

But hungry West had no other choice. He managed to survive with tremendous difficulty, so he didn't want to starve to death in here.

West jumped down the wall, with the shield and the cleaver in his hands, ready to fight a way out.

In the past, he was just a weak nebbish who couldn’t stop shaking in front of the zombies.

But now, he had gained muscles and confidence, determining to fight with his new power.

But strange things happened. When he was about to rush to the zombies, they all suddenly made a way for him.

They were afraid of him!

These zombies usually walked very slowly, but now they moved faster than rabbits when they were avoiding him.

For an instant, they respectfully cleared a passage for him.

A strange feeling surged inside West.

All faceless zombies lowered their heads as if they were worshiping the king.

What the hell was going on?

Did he bite a zombie king?

More strangely, he found something new after he got close to the zombies.

His mind could communicate with these common zombies!

He could just use his mind to command the zombies. However, they weren’t very smart and could only understand his simplest instructions.

Like, “Gather”, “Go Ahead”, “Charge”.

It was like playing the game - Riding and Chopping.

Since he acquired such power all of a sudden, West still remains cautious.

But after seeing all the zombies make a way for him along the way, he had come up with a perfect plan.

He must go back to the twins and get even with them.

Especially with that bad Krisa…
